Hindi po kung di official letter from employer.

under version 8 may 2023: "All Employment References must be on a company letterhead" but double check on their site if there are any changes

Hello po!

I have recently received my skills assessment from ACS after my review application since my first application was deemed unsuitable for ICT business analyst. I have since shifted to Software and Applications Programmer NEC. The result says:

Is it correct that I can only claim employment years June 4, 2023 onwards as relevant in my EOI like so?

I have split my 2nd employment into 2 since only June 4 onwards is valid.

Also, would anyone have insight as to why ACS deducted 4 years from my work experience even though my qualification was ICT major? I was expecting 2 years to be deducted according to the table below:

I am not sure why my work experience would be deemed not closely related 🙁

you can only claim after june 4, so you should start claiming from june 5, 2023.

it says 2 yrs OR 4 yrs. baka wala masyadong ICT-related sa work experience mo

Question po. If example magkaroon ka ng iba't-ibang role sa company, pag nag-fill up ba sa ACS online application form under one company lang ba lahat nung role?

Pwede bang ganito ilagay sa Position Software Test Lead/BA?

Anong section school mo, and what course? In my case, ICT Major for Software Engineer but I was from section 2 school and graduated with Engineering degree. 4 years din kinaltas sakin ng ACS

Mabilis ACS ngayon 2 weeks lang inabot sakin nagapply ako November 26 lumabas result December 12. Graduate ako ng ECE binawasan nila ng 4 years experience ko pero ok lang lampas pa din naman ng 8 tears maski may bawas. Nacount naman lahat ng employment minus 4 years nga lang.

Additional query din po, pano po pag ganto 2011₂₀₁₄ po nag wwork ako sa BPI tapos na kita ko po sa SSS nag change ng name /employer need ko po ba humingi ng letter sa BPI for that change?

yup. and afaik nakalagay din sa requirements ni acs yung company name change letter (if applicable)

You can claim all your work experiences assessed as related as per DHA guideline below since COs will only use your skills assessment as ONE of the references for verifying the points claimed:

I used an agency for my application and they said we can claim experiences before the date indicated in the assessment as long as they are deemed related by ACS.

Another question, I just received an email that there are missing documents sa assessment ko, specifically as qualification. (I am sure na uploaded yun)

Anyway, I just uploaded the missing docs and got a response that they were submitted. Out of curiosity, chineck ko ulit dashboard ko and they still show as blank. Bug ba ito or ganito talaga?

Follow up with them asap. I had the same case. Right after 14days grace period they deemed unsuitable due to imcomplete docs. Pero nailaban ko yung sakin. Ask them to confirm receipt. Email them.

happened to me din. so inupload ko ulit using the same file tapos added -UPDATED sa file name. tapos when i replied sa email ni acs, nag attach ako ng screenshot showing na naka upload na sa dashboard ko.

bug or system issue siguro. kainis noh? padagdag kaba

twice sila nag email about missing documents na pareho ko naman inupload. ewan ko ba sakanila hahaha

recently mabilis turnaround ni acs. lucky for you! dati, umaabot 2-3 months! yung kabado ka na nga, maeextend pa lalo hahahahaha yes, in the end okay naman 😁
