I've reached out to my previous employers for their reference letters, but they won't provide my job description due to privacy reason. It's also difficult to reach out to previous colleagues especially need ipa-notarize yung working relationship namin. Would like to ask if strict ba talaga si ACS dito?
Yes- COE and statutory declaration lang talaga basis nila if aligned yung ginawa mo sa nominated occupation mo.
May start/end date and title ko yung COE.
I suggest you talk to HR and explain na pwede naman nila wag ilagay yung confidential information dun sa duties mo. What I did is I created my job description, similar to what I put in my CV na puro technical description ng task lang and walang statement explicitly on the entities I worked with, then submit it to HR much like a proposal.
In case di talaga nila mabigay, yung statutory declaration talaga ang kailangan mo gawin. Wag ka mahiya kasi future mo yang nakasalalay dyan. hehe
If you can't provide both, di mo mapapa-assess yan. I think that was clear sa guidelines kasi without job description, how else are they going to check if aligned yung role mo sa company na yan dun sa nominated occupation mo?
Ayun lang. If may iba pang option for you, let's wait to hear from others dito.
