ako mejo inatake ako ng OCD nung gnagawa ko ang ACS... hahaha... ganito ang gnawa ko... document type_org
for example:
sa proof of identity: Certificate of Live Birth_NSO, Certificate of Live Birth_City Civil Registrar, PassportProof of Education: Academic Transcripts_Part 1, Academic Transcripts_Part 2, Bachelor Degree Certificate
- Proof of Work Experience: Certificate of Employment_Name of Company 1, Certificate of Employment_Name of Company 2, Certificate of Employment_Name of Company 3, Affidavit(Statutory Declaration)_Name of Company, ITIL Certificate_Name
Tapos nag up din ako ng CV... it's not a requirement pero meron kac cla field for this so nag up na lang ako para wala na rason humingi ng additional documents... ang format naman is CV_Full Name.. if you notice, i also uploaded my certificate... so i suggest you do the same kung meron... π
