Pero ang preference ko talaga is Inner West, East, or Lower North Shore. Ideally near parks para masaya si doggy hehe

Ah ok. Convenient pero medyo malayo layo sa city. Pero laking improvement ng jurong east ngaun after magbukas n west gate at jem. Hehehe

I mean nsw state government is grooming parramatta as the next big thing in nsw, next to sydney marami na ring work oppurtunity sa parramatta

Yup, coupled with the second airport to be built in the west, Parramatta does look like it's set to be the second CBD.

Still don't want to rent there for now hehe

Sooo after all the talk of certain places being unsafe, I eventually ended up renting in the ghetto - at Punchbowl! Going to try the place for 6 months - balitaan ko kayo kung buhay pa ako after nun! Hehe

@kremitz I got a brand new 2BR 2 + bath (1 with tub) + assigned secure carpark for $450pw. Mainit-init pa ang susi, kahapon lang ang handover ng developer sa may-ari, nasa akin na ngayon hehe

So far, my area has been quiet at night. I also noticed the gentrification of the area, mostly due to the fact that the Chinese and Koreans have bought properties in and around Punchbowl. Pero medyo may stigma pa rin yung area sa mga puting locals na kilala ko.

@wizardofOz yun lang, I doubt I could take my dog out for walks here. Lots of muslim Lebanese, baka tignan ako nang masama. I'll just have to drive her out to the park. I can take her for a walk sa may garden lang ng apartments siguro. Malaki ang balcony ko (12+ sqm) so that space is all hers.
