May question po ako sa pag fill up.Ni ask ko si Sir lock code pero ala pang reply:
Sa form before lodgement, may section kasi na ganito:
"Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?"
I am currently working in Singapore and eto yung nilagay ko na Usual Country of Residence. Sa Previous Countries of Residence, nilagay ko po address ko sa Pinas pero need ng From and To dates. Nilagay ko sa To for both PH and SG eh current date. Mali po ba yun? Di po ba mag conflict yun sa SG and PH entry eh same sila To: current date?
Concern ko po kasi yung mom ko as dependent and we should give proof that we live in the same house for some time. 2005 kasi kami lumipat sa bahay namin sa pinas den 2006 nako lumipad ng SG. So baka lalabas 1 yr lng kmi nagkasama sa isang household pag sinet ko To sa Pinas address eh 2006.
Sana po may makasagot and pede pa ba yun ma amend if mali ginawa ko?</blockquote>
OFW din po ako and in my case ang nilagay ko na usual country of residence is Malaysia tapos yung pinas is previous then ang nilagay ko na date sa pinas is from date of birth until nung lumipad ako pa Malaysia. Not sure kung pwede na same yung "To" pero if you think about it, parang imposible maging usual country of residence ang 2 countries at the same time. Hope this helps 🙂
