Hi ask ko lang sa mga nag lodge ng 489 visa hinanapan ba kayo ng functional english? Kasi may ielts husband ko kaso expired na siya 1yr lang daw valid for secondary applicant. Di pa po ba sapat ang CEMI? Tapos po sya ng 2yrs diploma course......

Have you lodged your 489 or just about to? 489 visa has been obsolete now. It has been replaced by 491

Have you lodged your 489 or just about to? 489 visa has been obsolete now. It has been replaced by 491

Hello po nag lodge ako ng 489 before 491 .... time i was pre invited that was august in mid north coast then ita by sept po na ata yun.....di nag lodge ako visa october 15.......

@jewel_34 as long as dependent yung husband mo, I think CEMI should be enough.. My case few months ago, VISA 190, CEMI lang ng University yung sinubmit ng husband ko..

Hello po, im new in this forum. Would like to ask.. nakapaglodge ako ng EOI for 190 and 491 visa last week.. In case makuha ko ung ITA for 491, does that mean na di na nila iko-consider ung application ko for 190? I would prefer 190 kasi para PR na right away. Thank you in advance sa pagsagot! God bless!

That’s correct but if one wants to claim another 5 points, the partner needs to do an English test.

Which state ka nag apply. Hindi natatapos sa eoi ang state sponsorship application, you have to apply sa state mismo lalo na kong 491.

Hello po @batman sa NSW po ung 491.

Clarify ko lang kasi i saw the Application process in NSW website (https://www.business.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-work-regional-visa-subclass-491/how-to-apply-and-application-forms)

After malodge ung EOI for visa 491, do i still have to wait for the ITA? Before i can proceed to Step 2,3, and so on?

I was told by my agent to wait for an ITA pero it was not stated on NSW website.

Each state has different processes. I was referring to NT where I applied mine. You have an agent so they should know better, and trust them.

hello po hingi lang po ako ng advise may naka experience napo ba sa inyo na hiningian ng police certificate from pinas ng case officer na yung gusto nya nakasulat sa NBI eh yun mismo nasa passport? kasi po yun passport ko change name napo my married name na pero diba po sa NBI ang lalabas lang is yun single name po with husband surname indicating. Baka may same case po sakin.........pahelp naman po thanks

Hi @nashmacoy close pa din ung application for nsw visa 491. For some reasons its delayed and the nsw treasury dept dont cater to phone inquiries kung kelan ung mag open.
