@Invisible_Man nung pinadala mo documents sa proxy mo for application ng COC. bsta pumunta na lang ba sya para ibigay ung requirements hindi na ba nagpa schedule? im planning to do the same kase. plano kong ipadala sa kapatid ko at punta na lang siya sa cantonment.

@srianna , opo! the day natanggap ng proxy ko ung fed ex parcel, same day din siya pumunta sa cantonment para iclaim yung COC.

re: police clearance for work visa.

nag email kc employer (HealthX) ko na icomply ang mga required documents for Work visa application pero wla pa ko ako na sign na contract sa kanila.

ok na po ba na ung and "documentary proof" na isama ko sa pag apply ng CoC?

@aimmephoenix makakahingi ka lang ng COC kapag ni request ni DIBP. kung may invitation ka na from skill select.

Hi all, not sure if natanong na po ito pero eto po ang case namin.

Yung wife ko po is nagwork dito sa Singapore from 2013 to 2017 and nasa Pinas na ngayon together with my 1 year old son. Bali ako na lang po naiwan dito sa Singapore.

Question - nakita ko po kasi eto sa website:

Original hardcopy fingerprint impressions (Optional)

applicable only for applicants residing overseas who are required to mail the hardcopy fingerprints with eCOC Acknowledgement Slip

fingerprint impressions refer to fingerprints of right and left thumbs, and the 4 fingers of both the right and left hands 

fingerprints must be taken by a certified/registered fingerprint taker, and not to be self-taken by the applicant

kung nasa pinas po ang wife ko, saan po makakahanap ng certified / registered fingerprint taker?

Hi po! 🙂 Sorry ahead incase this has been asked before. For Nurses that will undergo bridging for 3 months, since we dont have any documentation overseas yet that is asking for COC (like for PR purposes), what are our options para makakuha kami ng COC ahead? Is this even possible? Im leaving SG in July and balak ko sana handa na lahat ng requirements ko for PR or work sponsorship application in AU soon. Resignation letter and Bridging documents is enough for an appeal? Together perhaps with an explanation on your plans and showing evidence na you will need COC soon? Thanks ahead! 🙂

@LovellaEllen: Sa experience namin sa pagkuha ng COC medyo mahirap makakuha na walang supporting documents na galing mismo sa DIBP/DHA. Twice na reject si hubby (secondary applicant) sa pagkuha ng COC sa SG kasi di nakalagay yung name nya sa ITA, hinahanapan pa nga sya ng email mismo na galing daw sa Case Officer na nagrerequest ng COC pero yung third time nyang mag appeal pinaliwanag namin ng maayos na maaaring mag cause ng delay sa application namin kung aantayin pa namin ang request ng CO ayun, inapproved naman at nabigyan sya COC.Try mo na lang mag e-appeal at explain mo na lang maigi bakit mo sya kelangan, baka sakaling mapagbigyan ka ng officer..saka di pa naman kaagad mgbabayad kung di na-approved yung appeal mo so wala nman masasayang 🙂

@LovellaEllen kakakuha lang namin ng COC last friday. Ng nagsubmit kami ng e-appeal, hinde pinasa ni hubby ITA namin so medyo nag alala ko na baka ma reject pero na approved naman. Nag print na lang kami copy just in case hanapan kami sa PCC pero hinde din nila hinanap. So I guess you can try, kahit walang ITA.

hello po question po ulit - nag VISA lodge na po kami kahapon ng agent ko and I was advised po to get my medical check and police checks. Nakita ko po sa website ng pag appeal ng COC:

"Scanned documentary proof indicating that a COC is required and for what purpose

in pdf format not more than 2MB in size

e.g. letter from embassy, overseas offer letter for employment/education, etc "

ang meron lang po ako is yung acknowledgement of application na nagsasabi ng:

"Providing documents

We may make a decision on your application without requesting additional information. You

should provide us with all the information you feel is relevant.

As you lodged your application online, you should log in to your ImmiAccount to see the

documents required for your application.

Do not send us original documents unless we ask for them. If you send copies of your

documents, ensure that they are certified copies.

If you provide us with fraudulent documents or claims, this may result in processing delays

and your application being refused.

What's next?

Your application will be processed."

san ko makukuha po yung scanned documentary proof na nanghihingi ng COC kung wala pa naman pong CO contact sa akin?

@mxv588t kami ang ginawa namin, inattach ko ung ITA ko mismo, tapos sa defacto partner, naka attach dun ung Health declaration form and ITA ko, kse sa ITA primary applicant lang ang nakalagay na pangalan. Sa health declaration, may name ng mga declared dependents.

questions po pala

yung wife ko po nagwowork dati dito sa Singapore and nag aapply po ako nung appeal for COC pero ngayon po kasi wala syang work sa pinas. Anong lalagay ko po na occupation?
Saka po pala yung last pass nya hindi namin makita and meron lang kami is yung pass nya dati na kung saan maiden name pa rin nya nakalagay. ok lang po kaya yun?
May question po na - Are you currently residing in Singapore? ok lang po ba na sabhin na yes? kasi po pupunta sya this July dito sa Singapore. or makikita po nila na wala na syang valid pass pero bakit nasa Singapore sya?
