guys nakuha ko na ang COC. Thanks

Timeline:

Approval for eappeal = 2days after submission

Apply COC= applied at night.

Schedule Fingerprinting: Next morning scheduled.

Nag eexpire po ba ang coc? Wala naman po kami sa SG sa ngayon. Dati lang nagwork si hubby doon. Got ours last april 2019 before lodging. Kaso ang tagal ng grant ng 189 hehe. Baka lang ipaulit samin pag nacontact na kami ng CO. Medyo hassle pa naman requirements nun. Yung NBI pwede ko pa pagtyagaan haha

1 year po ata ang expiration bago manghingi ng panibagong coc.

@crankygrinch basta naka kuha kayo bago kayo naka alis sa singapore eh okey lang. pero if nasa SG padin kayo baka pakuhanin ulit kayo.

@crankygrinch prepare nio nlang din mga need docs incase pakuhanin kayo. like fingerprint card from nbi and nbi clearance.....

hello nag apply ako COC online Nov 17 and this morning Nov 18 kaso hindi ako maka attached docs . nageerro pag proceed .. is anyone encountering this issue. nag feedback na ako sa spf website. thanks

@rylynn baka po masyadong malaki ang files na naiiatach mo kaya nag error. Ulitin mo lang po mam.

@lecia nag attached naman pag next proceed may error pero pag down bakit kahpon pa...unusual... ano browser gamit mo IE chrome parehas gamit ko.

@lecia ok na nakasubmit for appeal approved na din. Nagsubmit ng application for clearance dko pa nareceive invoice pero check ko online this is the status Status

Accepted, Pending Finger Print .. Pwede na kaya mag finger print kasi this time for husband ito. Before nakareceive ako email ready for finger printing ....

bdw errors are on step 3 bad gateway 540 etc are related to pdf file formats.. wala kasing prompt error handling after maattached file. Tumawag pa ako sg kasi dati naman noong ako nag apply walang error . thanks.

@rylynn Nasa Sydney kayo noh? Check ko yung procedures for overseas based applicants, magpa finger print ata kyo jan sa authorized person/ police station then send to SPF.

Nagappeal po kami kagabi with uploaded documents is ung EOI data lang,marriage cert and formal appeal letter to explain ung case namin. Naapprove namn xa after a day.

@greenapple ask ko lang sana kung san mo print yung fingerprint form? ok lang ba sa standard A4 paper or dapat makapal like index card? TIA

@engineer20 pag kumuha po ng finger print impression sa police station po, pero not all gumagawa nito. Not all are familiar po. Yung iba sila na nagsesend sa SPF SG, yung iba ibigay po sa inyo yung hard copy ng impression at kayo na mag mail. Try visiting bigger areas po ng police station dito sa Sydney.

@lecia I called the police station na may jurisdiction sa suburb namin. sila na magsesend sa SG after ng fingerprinting. my question is actually about the type of paper where I should print the form kasi naisip ko kung sa standard na papel lang parang manipis. bumili na ko ng 160gsm na A4 bondpaper at dun na ko nagprint ng form.

Baka po pwde na yan. Mag ask ako sa mga kakilala ko din dito na galing SG anu ginawa nila..

Below is a walk-through of the process:

Applicants Residing Overseas

Step 1: Apply for COC at the SPF eServices webpage

Step 2: Complete the online forms & make payment via Credit/Debit Card or I-Banking

Step 3: Print the Acknowledgement Slip

Step 4: Take fingerprint impressions at an authorised institution

Step 5: Mail the Acknowledgement Slip and hardcopy fingerprint impression to COC office

Step 6: COC office will mail the COC upon receipt of the Acknowledgement Slip and hardcopy fingerprint impression

@auauoioi yes sa nearest police station in your place, check with them muna coz not all knows about this and the process. Mga big police station na lang po puntahan mo..
