hi @risa_c, naglagay ka ba ng payslip from that company? nadissolved na kasi yung company ko dati. nagbigay ako ng statutory declaration.

question lang po. nag-upload ako ng Statutory Declaration for my past work experience kasi nagsara na yung company. nag-email back ang ACS sa akin. sabi nila, kelangan daw ng either payslip or termination letter from the company. di na ako makakakuha nun.

naka-attach lang ang company ID ko dun. inexplain ko na lang.

sa tingin nyo matatanggap ito ng ACS?

Para hindi na ako magpapagawa ng declaration sa senior o boss ko. Pwede daw po ito sa Engineers Australia according sa kabilang forum. Sana nga ma-approve ito...</blockquote>

I dont know if this is true kasi yung Bayaw kong civil engineer ni require ng Agent nya na humingi ng COE at kailangan i sign immediate supervisor ....

since ayaw i since ng boss nya inde na umuusad yung application nyan ... well anyway good luck to your application </blockquote>

Note that yung date kong office mate (Juan dela Cruz) ang gagawa nitong Stat Dec para sakin and wala na rin sya sa ABC company. Tapos same kami ng position date kase no where to find narin ung mga dating visor and managers namin (karamihan nag abroad na).

Bukod sa Passport ni Juan dela Cruz, ano pa bang possible na isama ko? Kailangan bang ibang ID's or COE din ni Juan dela Cruz from ABC company? Or ano pa kaya?

This should be Ok kasi based sa timeline mo, suitable for Bachelor's degree and credited ang work experiences mo eh. Congrats!

No problem po. So that other people here would know also na na-approve ng EA ang application ko kahit iyong 1 document ko ay walang pirma ng boss ko.

@IslanderndCity Hi Sir, Ask ko lang so ang ginawa nyo is nagsubmit kayo ng Self Stat indicating your job description have it sign my notary public lang? Di nyo po pinasign yung senior colleague or Head nyo? Kasi sa case ko di nagbibigay ng COE w/ detailed JD dahil di pa daw tapos gawin ng boss namin kasi nag reorg kami.

Hi...need ur advice.Kelangan ba gumawa ng stat declaration/affidavit kung walang sss contribution yung previous company na pinag ttrabahoan ko?bali nagwork ako march 2005-april 2008..pero from may 2007 lng nagsimula yung remitance....gamitin ko sana yung Sss contribution as proof of paid employment..please help

@chu_se there are other options naman such as ITR and bank statement that can be use as proof of paid employment

I only have payslip..and need atleast 2 proofs...walang bank statement,itrs..since ang tgal n nuon...

@chu_se I only provided 1 proof (bank statement) in one of my previous company

@IslanderndCity self declaration po ba ginawa nyo wala na signature sa Boss? same case kami ni @basti eh. wala nang contacts at close na yong company. TRA naman yong assessor ko.

@islanderCity, thanks for the reply.TRA requires that all docs they recieve should not be original and have a ctc stamped by authorized body. So kailngn din po ba naka CTC yong ipadalang stat dec? Thanks po. I mean notarized na kasi

@Megger in my case before, yes. Good too so you'll keep your original copy for future use
