Is it okay na medyo matagal na naissue yung COE, I mean a year or more than a year na naissue tapos ngayon ko pa lang gagamitin?

First, I would get all COE from all companies. So the COE will be in company letter head. COE should contain Your Full Name, Your Position, Period kung kelan ka nagwork sa kanila, working hours, salary, job tasks. Dapat naka-sign dito yung designated person to sign company COE.
If the company does not provide COE with job tasks but has the other details, ask the company to provide a letter why they cannot provide this dapat in company letterhead pa din. You must then submit an affidavit (for phillipines only) detailing why the company cannot provide the job description or other details and then i-detail mo na dito yung job tasks mo... dapat third party ang gumawa nito... meaning yung manager or lead mo... so cla yung dapat ngstate ng affidavit affirming na nagwork ka nga sa company, your position and job description. Pa-pirmahan mo sa kanya then pa-notarize. pa-CTC after everything.
ganun lang po... same rule applies to all other companies.

Hello everyone! I just need an advise.

My case is I have no payslips, bank cert, bir, sss and contract from my previous work which is 10 years ago. Hindi po kasi nagbbgay ng copy yung previous work ko. I didn't expect that I will need it in the future. I only have my COE with job description.

I just want to ask if all the case officers will ask for proof of paid employment when applying for a visa?

I am thinking paano po magpapagawa ng Stat Dec with my situation.

For visa lodging na to? What happened to your skills assessment? Kung pumasa yun, submit the documents you used for the assessment.

Sorry kung mejo mahaba po.Question po sa sino mang may idea about some documents I need for the assesment.

I am an Accountant by profession, may company po ako sa Pinas. I am the majority holder - mag asawa kame may ari, though I have minor partners na umalis na din sa company at hindi ko na sila mahagilap - wala nman silang share talaga kaya umalis nlng...So techically kameng mag asawa ang legit na may-ari ng business for 4 years now. Its a BPO business with market in Australia that is why I often visit to Oz everal times - frequent traveller na po kame ng husband ko with multiple entry.

As the owner of the business, I am the person in charge sa Accounting services namin and I am one of the Directors also. May documents nakong nasend sa DHA dati when I applied for the tourist business visa na I am one of the owners (main owner).

Sa ngaun may employer na gustong maghire saken as an Accountant based in Melbourne. So he is willing to sponsor me for ENS 186 visa. Now that I am applying for the ENS visa, I need to match my experiences bilang Accountant to pass the assesment -

My questions/conerns now are;

Ok ba na magpagawa ako sa HR ng COE, and ask my co-partners or co-managers to sign and declare a Statutory na ako ang in-charge sa Accounting Dept and list my job descritpion and tasks? HIndi po ba iisipin ng DHA or assesing instituion na parang considered as self employed sha dahil ako ang main owner ng business?
Ok lang din ba na manghingi ako sa mga clients ko ng Statutory declaration na ako ang main contact person nila (under my company) when in comes to their Accounting works or needs. Kase ung contract namin sa clients is between my company and their company (not to me individually).

@Kaidan I have Professional Reference for Skills Assessment. Pero wala pong indicated as paid employee or amount of salary. Only full job description signed by head of dept.

Sana po enough na yun para hnd maghanap ng payslips or bank statement.

I'm wondering if magpagawa ako ng Stat Dec (no payslips/bank statement/tax/sss) since I am claiming points for this occupation. Baka po kasi maghanap ang CO as evidence.

Pwde ka mag print online ng SSS contribution mo, mag appear jan ang lahat ng payments ng dating company.

Ok lang yung StatDec since you said you have the other supporting docs, send them along the StatDec.

You will only need an Org Chart if you're nominating a managerial role. Are you nominating a managerial role? Be very careful about this, mas mahigpit Vetassess pag dating dito. How many year of experience are you claiming for that managerial role?

Nominated occupation ko po kasi is Internal Auditor and specified talga sya na additional req yung Org Chart per Vetassess, I think dahil sa standards ng job na dual reporting. And wala ako makuha sa previous employers ko so may stat dec na lang po sana ako.

Gusto ko lang po sana itanung...Di ba pag nasa Australia Stat Declaration, pag nasa Pinas ka, Affidavit... Okay lang po ba Stat Declaration format yung affidavit na gagawin ko? Sarado na kasi yung unang company ko, then yung pangalawa, di sila nag bibigay ng Statement of Service , tapos sa Singapore pa yung 2nd company ko. Papasign ko na lang sana sa mga former colleagues ko, then contact numbers/email nila...then pa notaryo ko sila...okay kaya yung ganitong format? or yung attorney na dito sa pinas mag gagawa?

Ikaw gagawa ng content ng statutory declaration, hindi attorney. Ino-notarize lang nila. Yang nasa image mo statement of service yan, pero halos same lang din format pero as far as i know hindi required na pumirma yung supervisors or any colleagues kaya nga self-declaration, you are just promising it is true under legal oath thru notary. Pero kelangan mo mag provide ng document support like payslips, contracts, etc.
