Good work... I availed of Mr Ee as well many months before!! Ambait ng matanda and mabait din ang secretary niya na si Joyce...

Just present a draft of what you want to be included in the stat declaration and si Joyce na bahala to include it in the actual document itself.

I went to Andrew Ee last Sat and got a $5 discount! Sya pa ang tumawad sa akin hahaha! Before that, I asked him on the phone where to get a StatDec format and based on his advise I used the one on this website http://app.subcourts.gov.sg/criminal/page.aspx?pageid=10152

After notarazing my docs we had a short chat about his trips to NZ, Au and NY...

I'm currently creating an affidavit for my previous employer, sa unang affidavit ba ay lahat ako ang affiant then gagawa ako ng another affidavit para sa aking former colleage attesting na totoo ang mga sinulat ko?

Hello, baka meron dito sa forum makapag-suggest ng okay na law firm here sa Pinas (Metro Mla) kung san kayo nagpa-affidavit dahil di na maka-request ng detailed coe kasi close na ung dating company. salamat po sa magsa-suggest 🙂

@charley yes, dalawa.

may statutory declaration na ikaw ang pipirma at yung isa ay former boss/colleague. also include documents such as employment contract, clearance form of yourself and your colleague. yan yung inattach ko sa statutory declaration ko noon. yung lawyer na yung bahala magsulat na "attached are documents attesting..." sa statutory declaration.

dapat po ba colleague of higher position ung pipirma sa statutory declaration?

Closed na kasi ung 1st company na pinasukan ko sa Pinas tapos ung mga nakatrabaho ko talaga na may contact pa ako mga kalevel ko din. Yung superior ko naman dati eh deads na.

Pwede ba na dito ako sa SG mapasign ng statutory declaration kahit para sa work experience ko sa Pinas un?

hello po... welcome to the forum... i believe it's okay naman... you just indicate the reason why d ka makakuha from your previous lead or manager. 🙂 and wala na din yung company..

Kailan ba talaga need ang stat dec? In my case, I dont want my boss to know that Im planning to migrate? Kailangan ko ba ng stat dec f senior colleague na hindi under ng boss ko ang pipirma sa COE with job details ko? Hindi sya under ng boss ko pero alam na alam nya job ko kasi almost same job title lang kami pero senior lang sya sa ibang group. Sana may ibang Engineers Australia na nagpa-assess din ang makatulong magreply po dito.

yes... the statutory declaration is a requirement for you to prove that the tasks you performed for the role meets the job code you are applying for... okay lang yan... ako nga kumuha ng COE na 8 months pa lang ako sa work ko... hehehe... ok lang yan... as long as you are honest. just tell them na you are planning but nothing is confirmed. ganun lang din gnawa ko... sabi ko matagal pa naman ang processing... 🙂

yes... kung wala ka talaga job description sa COE mo then you would need tlaga a statutory declaration.

With COE from HR but no job details
I made COE with job details but without company X letterhead
With supporting docs like payslip, contract, etc.
My career episode is based from company X

Question1: So stat dec need ko pa po?

Question 2: Same stat dec gawin either ang pipirma ay manager ko o senior colleague na same job ko but sa ibang team?

Question 3: iyong stat dec po ba ay dalhin ko sa lawyer ang senior colleague ko then sya at ako then ang lawyer ang pipirma sa ginawa kong stat dec?
