@alexamae - normally pwede mo na isabay ang pag-request ng skills assessment at ng point test advice.. para hindi na tumagal pa ang processing.. parehong documents din nmn ang pagbabasehan ng decision nila... kung anung mga sinubmit mo yun din ang gagamitin nila so why not request both the skills assessment at ng point test advice at the same time..
hindi ka lang nagrequest, kasi hindi mo naman kailangan dahil partner's points ang purpose mo ng assessment..
pero for primary applicants, like @Howard, kailangan talaga ng point test advice para ma claim ang work experience (within 10 years)..
nakalagay sa website ng TRA na <u>"does DIAC require you to get Points Test advice", </u>
tapos nasa DIAC website naman, <u>"The relevant authority that assessed your skills may also provide an opinion on your skilled employment experience. The department will consider this opinion when awarding points"</u>
if you will not get the points test advice, tapos nagclaim ka ng points, at the end hindi naman pala tama ang pagka-claim mo ng points, pababalikin ka lang ulit ng DIAC sa assessing authority to get the points test advice, or magdedecide na sila based on their own..
so to minimize the risk, magpa-assess at kmuha ng points test advice.. (300aud is an investment compared to 3000aud visa processing fee na baka ma deny ka lang pagnagkamali ng claim)..
@Howard, mukhang separate po ang bayad sa skills assessment (300aud), at sa Migration points test advice (300aud).. please check TRA website..
