Hi Everyone! My husband is the applicant here and would like to ask for your advices on our current situation. We just received an Unsuccesful outcome from TRA because of insufficent pay evidence. Wala kasi kaming primary evidence, only secondary. So isa dun is the bank statement. Kaso ang bank statement di kasi nakalagay ang name ng employer mo sa bank statement na sila ang nagdeposit. Gusto po namin magpa review ulit adding another evidence to support the bank statement. Questions po:

Is there a way para malagay sa bank statement ang employer? Paano po?
paano po if 3rd party ang nagpoprocess ng payroll namin?

Hi @KaTiana so sorry to hear na unsuccesful kayo sa assesment, no worries...stand-up and continue the journey...been there before...i know the feeling

First of all, may i know saang country currently nagwowork hubby nyo? And for us to review and help you, can you let us know anong mga documents ang naipasa nyo para sa assesment? Ilang taon na sya nagwowork?

I suggest try to secure the primary evidences...

TRA will require at least one primary source of evidence or a minimum of two secondary sources of evidence for each year and each period of employment being claimed. Additional evidence may also be requested.

Primary sources of evidence may include:

1. Tax records that cite the name of the applicant and the employer

 Annual payment summaries/Group certificates that cite the name of the applicant and the employer
 Pay slips that include the name of the employer, commencement date of the employment and year to date income information
 Superannuation documents that cite the name of the applicant and the name of the employer

If he is employed sa pilipinas, akternatively you can go and pullout his contribution records sa sss at pag-ibig, company and his name ws indicated sa document na yan. Other evidences that you can provide: Employment letter, appraisal letter, payslip (or any form of pay advise)...kung wala kayo makuha na payslip evidence, try nyo mag-statDec citing why you cannot provide it. Other files na mga naitago nyo like ITr or yearly taxation, for sure andun name ni employer...

If there was a middleman on your employment, try to get a certification stating that you were hire by this 3rd party to work for this company...include the duries and responsibilities plus how much your hubby was paid monthly to do that job..

Hello @ynnozki . He's working in Cebu Philippines. Bale, 2 employers ang claims namin.

1st Employer (5 yrs experience ; 2006-2011). Di na kami makaprovide ng mga primary sources kasi nawala na. So we submitted a stat-Dec na wala na talaga kaming primary and thus we are submitting the following secondary:

COE (indicating annual salary compensation)
Detailed job description (indicating he's paid employee)
Certified statement from company accountant/finance that he's a paid employee
Bank statements (1 representation per year). Ang bank statement walang nakalagay na employer name. If it's a payroll kasi, ang tatatak lang sa bank statement is "Co.credit". Yun yung question ni TRA. "There are no details on the bank statements you provided which link the deposits made to your employer." Yan ang reason ng TRA.

Normally, especially if malalaking companies, ang gumagawa ng payroll is a third party na company. Kaya kami nahirapan sa pag retrieve ng payslips from his employer.

2nd Employer (1 year experience).

Payslip without the commencement (secondary payslip)
Bank statement (same as 1st employer) pero di na nila naquestion to kasi I think may payslip na.

Itry talaga namin na maghanap ng kahit isang ITR. If wala kami mahanap, do you think may copy ang company neto? Also, tanong lang namin how strong is SSS and pag-ibig to support our claim na paid siya?

If you dont mind, ano po ang reason bakit unsuccessful din kayo sa first assessment po?

try nyo hanapin tong 3rd party na to and request them atleast 2 payslip each year.

companies should have a copy ng ITR nyo, pero baka mahirapan kayo magretrieve nyan.. try nyo sa BIR kung saan nakafile yung taxation nyo, meron din yan. SSS and Pag-ibig although di sya primary, pero if you can provide both, it may help to support your claim

If you dont mind, ano po ang reason bakit unsuccessful din kayo sa first assessment po?

I nominated Electronics equipment trades Worker (special class), hinanapan ako ng electronics module sa curriculum ko...My course is mechanical..

Sir @ynnozki , tanong ko lng po kasi napansin ko sa application mo na may CDR ka.

Para sa anong assessment kailangan yan? TRA at VETASSES assessment lng kasi alam ko eh.

Baka kasi kailangan ko rin yan.

Cdr is for EA ..engineers australia

Since yung TRA-assessed skill ko na 312512 eh closed na sa lahat exept Tazmania, kaya nagpaasses ako sa EA, 312511, which is open sa victoria

@KaTiana so far wala, and advise sakin dati better na magsubmit na lang ng new application, first thing first yung qualification, make sure na align sa pinapaasses, review carefully all your requirements-must be complete, the dates on the forms-make sure wala conflict..

Hi po @ynnozki. Napaisip din ako eh. Baka mas mataas ang chance if magsubmit ng new application ulit.. By the way po nakakita na kami ng 2 ITR. We need 5 total kasi 5 years xa. Balak ko sanang mag supporting docs like sss and pag ibig nalang sa mga years na wala talaga kami makita. What do u think po?

Hi Guys, I am new here but I am reading everything I can sa forum relevant to my application. Almost everything has been gathered and prepared but somehow there are still things that I need clarification and I hope anyone can advise. Appreciate the assistance.

To speed things up, I work as a Desktop Engineer with 9 years+ experience, a graduate of Xavier University with a degree of BSECE and have passed the engineer's board examinations.

Will TRA assess my qualifications as a Diploma or as a Bachelor's Degree? I have read the TRA MSA guidelines that "Occupations that we assess are generally at either an AQF level of Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma." It seems that they are basing it on your job's educational level versus the degree you have earned? or it does not matter because it will still fall under Section 1 for schools?
If somehow they assessed it as a Diploma, is there any other way that I can have my BSECE assessed?

@RobertCastro hi po. Regarding sa bank statement mas maigi if nakalagay talaga ang name ng employer sa mga deposits nila. Kasi in my hubbys case, Co.credit lang nakalagay which is normal sa pinas na mga payroll deposits. So yun yung reason ng unsuccessful assessmnt ng hubby ko. On top of that, nagsubmit din kami ng coe with compensation, certificate of compensation. Pero nireject pa rin.

Yes, they will assess your education only as AQF level of Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma, that will be equivalent to 10pts
submit ka sa vetasses ng Points test Advise for them to assess your BSECE for 15points

May tanong po ulit ako about sa part 4 ng TRA form. Ano po ibigsabihin ng general education and vocational training?

I cant guarantee na makakalusot to, if makalusot man, baka 3 years lang ang icredit na work experience ng hubby mo. yung pag-ibig and sss were just supporting docs... try nyo mag-inquire sa BIR as what i suggest earlier...

@ynnozki Noted thanks . To sum up, because my job is majority related to ICT Customer Support which is in TRA than those ICT jobs under ACS and VETASSESS, I have to:

Get assessed for TRA Migration Skills Assessment.
If positive outcome and only Diploma was recognized, proceed to TRA Migration Points Advice.
Proceed for VETASSESS Points Test Advice for BSECE if I still want to gain additional 5 points, since Diploma is only 10 points.

Is that the correct path?
