Hello po, ang alam ko kasama sa bilang. Pero may delays po sila ngayon. Now ko lang din nakuha result ko pero December pa ako nag send. Hope this helps.

Hello po mga master, may ask lang po ako.

Nakuha ko na yung result from TRA, and successful naman sya (thank you so much sa mga tulong nyo!). Nakalagay sa skilled date ko is December 2001, pero actually yung inaapply ko na work experience is starting December 2013 only (non-related kasi sa 342314 yung work ko before).

Now nag email back ako kay case officer and sabi ko baka may error. Nagreply sya today and sabi yun talaga yun (email below). Ang question ko is pwede ko ba talaga i-claim sa DIBP/EOI yung December 2001 (i.e. "8 years or more"), and hindi nila ibababa sa less than 5 years pag sinumbit ko yung work experience evidence ko (which only dates up to 2013) ?

"Thank you for your enquiry to Trades Recognition Australia (TRA).

TRA includes on every successful MSA Outcome Letter a skilled employment date. This is the date that TRA has determined the applicant was first able to work in their nominated occupation as a skilled worker.

The skilled employment date may assist applicants who are applying for a points-based-visa through the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs). Home Affairs do not go back any more than the last ten years of completed employment when calculating points.

In most cases, for qualifications gained through study or apprenticeships, the date shown on the applicant’s final award or leaving certificate will be the skilled employment date.

@mark7009 , sir wag mo eclaim yung mga non related exp after Dec 2001 sa EOI para safe. pwde mo sya ilagay pero marked as not claiming points/not related.

sa pagkaintindi ko, yung skilled date is based after pag graduate/pagkakuha mo ng diploma if related sa nominated occupation mo kaya pwde ka magclaim starting dec 2001 if related lng.

Hello everyone.. ask ko lng po i understand na dapat qualification is related to nominated occupation.. pero mei chance kaya na ECE graduate pero ICT cust support ung experience more than 3 yrs? salamat po

@mark7009 salamat po sa reply..nakuha ko na din sa wakas ang akin..delayed sila ng 2 weeks...

Question po, successful ung akin (thank God) pero kelangan ko pa ba kumuha ng Points Test Advise? Kasi hindi indicated sa result kung comparable sa degree or diploma ung qualifications ko.. And sabi lang able to commence skilled employment in nominated occupation from August 2004.

@littlemsnanay , if you need point for qualification higher than diploma then you have to take PTA to avail that. Best of luck.

@Megger thank you sa input 🙂...so meaning while wala pa ang result ng PTA, pde ko na iclaim as 10 points ung education ko which is equivalent to diploma tama ba? Balak ko ma kasi gumawa ng EOI at magpasa para sa state nomination eh...

@littlemsnanay , yong result ko kasi sa TRA may naka indicate na diploma assessed ako. I think meron dapat and you can claim the 10 pts.

@Megger this year lang din ba ang assessment mo? Ayaw ko na kasi sana magpa PTA kasi panibagong antay ulit un..pero may bachelor's degree din ako kaya sa isang banda, maganda din naman mapaassess baka makaclaim pako ng 15 points (kung sa Vetassess) kung di ako nagkakamali..

Nagemail na ako sa TRA, antay ko nalang din ang feedback nila..tama ba na 10 points lang din ang max na maibibigay nila if sa TRA ako magpa points advise? Unlike sa Vetassess na nagaassess ng bachelor's degree? Salamat ulit...

Graduate po ako ng BS ECE. Pero ang work experience ko ay Electrical Technician. So plano ko pong nominated occupation ay Electrical Engineering Technician to be assessed by TRA. Meron po ba same case sakin? Kamusta naman po ang TRA Assessment? Maraming Salamat Po!

@littlemsnanay , 2016 yong assessment ko. I paste a portion of my result below:

This assessment confirms that:

Your Bachelor of Science in --------- qualification was assessed for the purposes of a Migration Skills Assessment as comparable to at least an AQF Diploma relevant to your nominated occupation; and
Your employment evidence meets the TRA requirements of working in the nominated occupation for a minimum of three years at trade level and meets the currency requirement.

Please note this letter does not represent formal accreditation of your skills and experience.

@Megger naku walang ganyan yung akin..I guess nagbago sila ng format ng assessment result... Di pa din sila nagreply sa email ko, wait ko muna...pero salamat sa pagshare ng report mo.. 🙂

Eto ung reply sakin ng TRA :

"In relation to claiming points for a visa application, you are advised to check with the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) (www.homeaffairs.gov.au) in the first instance. If the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) advise that points advice is required for your nominated visa, then this can be obtained through the Migration Points Advice (MPA) service with Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). However, it is recommended that you contact the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs)."

Hi Guys,

I have a problem yung employer ko kasi for 2+ years di nagremit ng SSS contribution ko though meron kaltas na nakaindicate sa payslip. Are there any other ways kung pano ipprove na legit yung employment ko aside sa proof ng SSS contribution? Any advise? Thanks.

@mark7009 same tayo ng dillema. successful naman outcome letter pero sa date of graduate nila inilagay yung date ng start of work ko. so ang worry ko lang pano malalaman sa home affairs yung tamang length of working experience ko. nag tanong din ako sa TRA and parang ang advise nila is to get maigration point advise if gusto ko tlga malaman ang iclclaim ko. see belwo sa reply nila

Following a TRA Migration Points Advice assessment, TRA will issue a letter with advice for use in a skilled migration application to the Department of Home Affairs. TRA does not calculate your available points. The awarding of points for the skilled migration points test remains at the discretion of delegated officers of DIBP.

MPA applicant’s must have a successful migration skills assessment from TRA or a TRA approved training provider prior to lodging an application for points advice. You are eligible to submit an application for points advice to TRA if you have a successful migration skills assessment and you require points advice for your visa application.

You should check with the Department of Home Affairs (Home affairs) www.homeaffairs.gov.au to confirm that you require points advice before lodging a TRA Migration Points Advice (MPA) application.

If after checking with the Department of Home Affairs you require MPA you are not required to resubmit documents already provided with the previous applications. Please ensure you quote your TRA reference number at Part 1 of the MPA Application Form. "

Hi jj35751, first of all congratulations sa successful assessment!

Ang sabi ng iba, which is what I did sa EOI, is to only claim for the right number of years based on the actual employment.

Better than claiming for all the years according to TRA and then being rejected by the Depart ment of Home Affairs.

Problem is sa website ng home affairs stated is to claim the date said by your assessing body.

Although i think mas proper nga na gamitin yung actual. Ask ko nalang din, nagpasa ka pa rin ba ng employment documents( payslip, certificate of employment, etc) sa home affairs in your EOI? may mga kilala kase ako, although through ACS sila, hindi na daw nila pinasa since nasa letter na from ACS.

@jj35751 wala pa ipapasa sa submission ng EOI. Pag na invite na, dun na ata. (Wala pako dun hehe)
