Patulong naman po, baka meron sa inyo na nag apply for Visa 190 as ICT Support Engineer 263212. Pa share naman ng experience nyo. need ko lang starting point. Thanks

@Stoked0419 wala pa po, bali dyan kasi category ng work ko, bali hanap sana ako ng may experience dito na same experience of work na nakapunta na sa OZ for advise.. although nakakapagbasa na ako kung ano gagawin kaso indi ko alam kung pano sisimulan..hays..

hello po good day. upon checking the anzsco codes, i think this is best suited for me. Im an IT helpdesk analyst. Kaso nasa CSOL sya, so ibig sabihin hindi po ako pede sa SI 189? if Regional Provisioned 489 po ang kukuhanin ko, wala naman po akong eligible sponsor. ibig sabihin po ba wala po akong chance? or are there other ways around like state sponsorship? thanks in advanced.

Yes u can only go with 190, u can opt to wait na may magopen na state for your job code- dati alam ko ACT nagopen ng support engineer(not sure na now).

hello everyone. New here in the forum. May question lang po ako. I am a graduate of industrial engineering in Mapua, then almost 7yrs IT experience. Planning to file for ACS assessment.

1.) Since my degree is non-ICT, probably pag apply-in ako for RPL. Meron po ba kayong template/sample ng project report na pwede kong gawing pattern?

2.) If RPL is a success, they will deduct 6yrs sa experience ko, so i cannot claim points for experience. Makaka-claim po ba ako ng points for education (15) since section 1 ung school where I graduated? Or kailangan ko pa mag VETASSESS.

Maraming salamat!</blockquote>1) you need to apply under RPL since indi ICT major or minor ang course mo. sorry but i dont have sample for this. 2) yes, they will deduct 6 years since indi IT related course mo. Since Mapua grad ka that belongs to CEP section1 so no need na magpa vetassess, u can claim 15 points for educational qualification.

so what will be your proof that you can claim 15 pts for this? Automatic na ba yun na e recognize ni DIBP? Thanks!

@guenb there's a list of schools called Country Education Profile. And each university from a specific country, Philippines for example are categorised under 3 sections - 1 Leading and Autonomous Institutions 2- Deregulated and re-accredited Institutions and 3 Other Institutions. Mapua Manila is listed under Section 1 and a Bachelor's degree obtained from Section 1 Schools are equivalent to that of an Australian Bachelor's degree. your cert and degree transcript itself would be your evidence claiming the 15 points.

@Xiaomau82 thanks for the info! On the ACD thread kasi someone went through the RPL route since non-it yung course nia. I asked why she had to have a VETASSESS points advice after, she replied na it's for the degree equivalent since acs did not assess her course.

Question 1: Need ko po ba magpa VETASSESS? How para po makakuha ng education points.

Question 2: End of Feb 2017 pa ako magiging 3 years ang experience sa work para maka claim ng 5 points?

Question 3: Yung 190 state sponsorship po ba once a year lang nagbubukas? Balak at gusto ko po kasi sa NSW mag stay if ever maging positive na ang lahat.
