hello po...spouse visas approval really takes time at the moment due to various reasons and one of those are the volume of the applications that Australians embassy's are receiving not to mention that they're getting very strict which is understandable. I understand that its frustrating most of the time,its a mixed emotions actually but there's nothing to worry about as long as you provided all the documents that they requested and always believe in the power of prayers;God bless

1st entry to Australia: 01-20-2014

Passed add'l docs: 2-21-2014

NSO requested thru Helpline: 02-15-2014

2nd entry to Australia: 05-07-2014

3rd entry to Australia: 09-05-2014

CO requested for updated NBI clearance :12-13-2014

Sent NBI clearance through courier: 12-16-2014

Spouse visa granted: 01-15-15

@patsy12345 congrats sayo sis. ni wala lang pala kami sa haba ng time that you waited for your visa. ako nga it feels like forever na ang paghihintay ko. kudos to you sis! sis if wala ba narinig from them and they dont need addl docs from you, is that safe to assume ok ang application mo?

@lauramae1011 thanks sis and thanks and Praise the Lord..yeah your right it feels like forever Tagalog..yeah I would say that if you provided all the documents and doesn't request for an additional documents ok na yon and don't proactively offer to send a document if your CO don't ask for it..my husband and I actually emailed my case officer several times and even ask a request to expedite the process because my husband is on crutches when I arrived in Australia cause he had a bad hip and was scheduled for an operation but sad to say she didn't buy it so I ended up going back and forth in Australia which is very dear and tiring as well..Keep on praying Sis and make yourself busy..do you have plans of visiting Australia while waiting for your spouse visa to come through?

@patsy12345 i would love too sis but mu husband just visited me last januaru to february. We are saving money at the moment to get us started sis. hopefully i dont have to wait long. May i ask who your co was if you dont mind?

@joanneq7872 hi sis. You have to wait for them to send you an acknowledgement letter and hap id number. Yung hap id, youll need that for your medicals. Ako nga i waited 2 weeks for the acknowledgement letter to be sent to my email.

@joanneq7872 yes sis thats right. usually naka attach ang request for medicals kasama sa acknowledgement letter. Godbless sis

Your application is already in its final stages which means that you

don't have to do anything anymore except wait for it to be finalised by

the case officer. Although we cannot give you the exact time/date for

said finalisation, it is our commitment that it shall be finished before

the standard processing period (9 to 12 months from lodgement) ends.

pero talagang hirap na ako sis kasi i have no idea how long ako mag aantay. it could take months. hirap malayo sa partner mo. everyday is a torture but i have no choice but to wait

@lauramae1011 sis nagemail kba sa kanila or ang hubby mo? Yun ba ang respomnse? Hindi pa ako nakatanggap ng reply sa kanila since my last email last January pa ata... But I will try to email them ulit pati si Fiance q paemailn q KO nrin 6 months after my lodgement... I've tried to track my application many times via vfs website... Ang sabi my papers is still currently on process... Ang hirap maghintay... 🙁 🙁 🙁 Good luck and God bless LNG sa at in sis... 🙂
