hello po..newbies ako dito sa aust mag one month palang..bored na kasi walang ni isang kilalang pinoy dito sa adelaide..nasa hackham ako.. can anyone be my friendz here.. saka kakabagut buong araw nasa bahay,pwd na kaya akong magtrabaho? anu ba mga kailangan ? at san kaya pwd mag apply? hahays feeling sick na ako dito... help na man ohh..need someone to talk to.. huhu

@geragarcia don't worry madami naman pinoys jan sa SA you can join them in their regular meet ups. at pag anjan na din ako i'll join you guys as well. dami pwedeng gawin wag ka ma-bore. just don't forget - "boredom is a choice." if you're bored it's bcoz you chose to be bored. go out and mingle with the locals. do something that will occupy your time. kasama na ang pag-login dito sa pinoyau syempre. :-P

Every sunday nagsisimba kami sa CBD 11:00am then after mass kita kita sa front door ng church. Then lunch sa chinatown, sama ka sa Sunday nasa 10+ din kaming andun.

@geragarcia hello! yes join us every sunday magkakasami kami nila sohc, Adelaide_boi, sheryl0126, emjdee (at madami pang iba) almost 15+ na kami nagkikita lagi every sunday after 11am mass at st francis xavier (located at Wakefield st, Adelaide).

Christmas Pageant this coming Saturday (10 November 9:30am) here sa city ang venue, I remember last year masaya yung event na ito since may parade all over the city..

Hello everyone! Im new in this forum. my family is currently based in dubai and we have heard na ok daw to migrate sa SA. I have some questions, i hope u can enlighten me.

Kmusta po ang cost of living jan? Mahal ba ang rent ng house, food expenses, transpo? Usually po ba ang rent is for the entire house or uso din ang sharing jan?

Madali lng ba hanap and mkpasok ng nursery ang mga kids? Kmusta nmn po ang bayad 🙂 ok nmn po ba ang mga school?

We're still contemplating if we will push through our migration plan. Kakatakot din pala pag walang kakilala sa pupuntahang lugar

@Mommykulet Hi there!

Entire house 2-3 bedroom $350 to $450 per week depending on location. Food expense every per meal around $10. Transpo $3.19 bus ticket (valid for 2 hrs) kahit gaano kalayo. Groceries for one person per week would be less than $50 (sakin kasi good for two weeks na yan 😛 ). House sharing is really common depending on how many bedrooms (5-7) may cost you from $90 to $150 per week most of the time utilities are included.

Highly recommended na ikaw muna pumunta then once may job kana saka mo kunin ang family para mas cheaper ang everday cost. But its your decision 🙂
