hello po mga kabayan! I'm new in this forum...I am bound to Adelaide on April 10...Ala po akong kamag-anak o kakilala jan...I hope I can meet you guys when I get there...

Tanong lang po, ok po ba magstay sa BACKPACKERS OZ? Plan ko po mag rent ng isang bed space habang ala pako nakikita na room to rent na mura...safe po ba dun? Medyo mahal yung single private room nila AUD60 p/n din...

Baka po me alam kayo na room to rent yung cheap lang po ha...at least 1-3 months po cguro...hanap din kc ako ng flat once makakita ng work for the coming of wife and son...salamat po...

additional question, musta po ang job market ngayon jan...I am an Electronics Engineer had experience in semiconductor/manufacturing company sa Pinas and Construction (Installation and Commissioning) dito sa Dubai...nagtry na rin ako magapply sa seek pero konti lng nakita ko...

hi, sobrang helpful nitong thread lalo na sa kagaya namin na walang kamag-anak sa adelaide. Marami kayong naibibigay na insights para sa mga nag apply ng SS sa SA.

Tanong ko lang, madali lang ba makahanap ng work dyan sa telecom at yung wife ko naman ay sa cardiac.

Ok lang kaya na wag muna kaming mag resign sa work namin dito sa saudi tapos mag entry muna kami ng AU kung halimbawa ma grant ang visa at may IED na. Salamat sa mga replies.

@ozzy_boi I got a room s me clearview, just moved today...135 pw all inclusive except sa food...mga pinoy kasama ko sa bahay and lahat cla mababait...so lucky to find this place...

Hi sa lahat. I am not yet in Adelaide pero magtatanong lang ako kung may idea kayo kung pano bumili ng 2nd hand o used cars dyan? HIngi sana ako ng tulong kasi di ako masyado magaling sa inspection. Medyo matagalk pa naman. baka sa August pa. Salamat ng marami.

@ozzieness sa research ako sa isang university. Kinakabahan ako sa pagpunta dyna kung sakali. Angdami adjustments na dapat gawin pero nakasagot na ako ng oo. Yung kotse parang kailangan kasi susunod ang mrs at anak ko.

Hello, couple with 2 boys here. Just got our state-sponsored visa granted and we'll be heading to Adelaide on Dec. We're cutting it close to initial entry date of 7th Jan. 🙂 just saying hello and we hope to see more of the established PinoyAu community in Adelaide when we get there. It will be our first time in Australia! Hopefully, we see you around town and get to say hello. Cheers!

P.S. just thought to throw this out there. If anyone knows any accommodations suitable for us, we'd love to hear from you. We don't know if we'll be able to rent a permanent place right away. So maybe 4-6 weeks at $250/week or more. Maraming salamat!
