good day po...kumpleto na ko ng COE and payslips sa mga previous companies ko...ang problema ko ngaun, may isa akong company na nagbigay ng COE pero hindi nag iissue ng payslip..chineck ko na Phil Health ko (which is the only thing na binabawas nila sa kin that time), kaso hindi nakalagay ang Employer name ko..tapos sinubukan ko humingi ng bank statement, pero hindi na nagbibigay ung bank since more than 10 years ago na (ang hinihingi ko kasi is at least year 2006)...what shal I do??? sayang din kasi, 4.9 years ako in that company....pwede po ba magpagawa na lang ako stat dec for the payment evidence as alternative?

@King Tim if before 2009 di mo na din siguro kelangan ng supporting details kasi alam ko ang inaassess lang or eligible sa points ay from the latlst 10 yrs

@se29m hindi ko na lang ipapa assess para hindi na ko umuwi pa ng Pinas para kumuha COE...thanks for the reply..

Hi fellow CE. Ask ko lang po, para sa reference letter sa EA. Pano po pag nag resign na yung dating boss mo dun sa company? Sino po pwede papirmahin?

Yung COE kasi from mga previous companies walang Job Description na nakalagay. Which is kelangan sa EA.

@wellac either HR or immediate supervisor or manager. Kasi pag naggawa ka n ng CDR gagawa ka ng organizational chart so makikita dun kung kanino ka under.

@seekerAU kaso po nag resign na si immediate supervisor and manager. si HR naman po ayaw pumirma sa job description or sa reference letter. Pipirma lang po sila dun sa generic na COE. pano po kaya un?

Okay lang po ba papirmahin si manager kahit wala na po sya sa company?

Di ako sure kung pede p din un nagresign kasi nirerequire nila un number at email. Tpos un COE or endorsement letter dapat nasa letter head ng company.

Un sa case ko, un engineering manager nung isang department namin ang pinapirma ko though binibigyan din nya ako ng trabaho so okay lang.

Pede din senior engineer mo. Basta un my direct contact sa work mo para ma-endorse k at macertify n nagwowork k dun. Baka kasi i-verify so better safe than sorry.

@seekerAU kakalipat ko lang po kasi ng company. Then 5 years ako sa previous company.. so most probably kkuha din ako ng reference letter dun. Kaso nga lang po nag resign na si manager and immediate supervisor. Pano po kaya un?

@wellac yes, kailangan mo un prehas un sa dati at ung bagong company. Ang last choice mo un HR nyo dati. Pero may mga nabasa ako n kung wala talaga, statutory declaration is your last resort. Kaya yan! Good luck!

Hello new here po, ask ko lang po meron po ba dito same case sa husband ko, welding inspector po sya for 6 years but license CE, hingi lang po kami ng sample ng CDR or kung ano po ung steps na ginawa nyo?, just starting to process palang po..IELTS palang po ang nagagawa namin na step.TIA.

from 2009 to 2019, did your hubby had any CE related jobs?

assuming na ung 10 yrs less 6 yrs exp as welding inspector, he had 4 yrs exp as CE , as far as i know, pwede p din sya CE as nominated occupation but can't claim for points on work experience since less than 5 yr of overseas relevant work exp.

Also, yung career episodes nya must come from the 4 yrs of CE work exp.

if thats the case, it should be fine, after ielts, collect relevant employment docs, start his cdr and tuloy tuloy na..

one other option is having welding inspector as nominated occupation.

Though hndi ko sure if kasama to s occupation list and paano ang process ng skills assessment.

might want to consider this, pro i suggest research more kasi wala ako idea paano yan sa ibng assessing body.
