Reply to @Nico_AU_Dream: hi, if you re considering agent try mo voitin walker, ayos naman kukullitin mo lang minsan, regarding COE, ang sa akin the documents i rpovided were mostly certifcste only, minsan nga salary and service certificates lang, but what they want from it is it should be in the company letter head, complete contact and address with signature, --- wala ding job description ang mga sinubmit ko...

Marami dito na makatulong sa yo to process it in ur own, pero syempre may advantage din yung may agent malaki nga lang ang gastos...

Salamat po. Sa case ko po kasi talagang need ng agent kasi po nasa gitna kami ng desyerto ngayon, nakakababa lang ako every friday sa Abu Dhabi City. Sa camp namin mabagal naman ang net. Dito naman sa Office tiempo lng ako pagwala Bossing sa paggamit ng internet. Wala po bang naging comments ang assessor sa Certificates nyo? Ano napo status application nyo ngayon?

Take one day at a time... darating ka din sa point na yung grant na lang ang hinihintay mo.

In the meantime, ayusin mo na yung COE & other required docs while reviewing for the IELTS. Basa-basa ka lang ng forum para makibalita kung ano ang ginawa ng post-June30 applicants. Good luck syo.

hi everybody. i need your help,guys. i am a newbie (thanks lock_code) here sa forum and newbie din sa pag-aapply sa aus.

I finished Civil ENgineering sa Pinas tapos po hindi ako consistent na nagwork sa Pinas and hindi ko nagamit ang course ko. then nakapagwork ako dito sa UAE sa construction sector pero administrative works. I had a QS stint pero very minimal work lang (interim payment application). Naabutan po ako ng skillselect at dun ako magstart. However, as a start,I need to have my skills assessed. As I understand, dapat po related or closely related ung work ko sa pinag-aralan ko. I took IELTS (Academic) and got an OB of 8. When I checked ANZSCO, ang code ko po eh 521211 which is Secretary (General). Marami pa po akong issues, to name a few:

I do not know which visa is suitable for me kasi may mga nakita ako na phased out na pero yun ang suitable sa akin.
I do not know kung kaninong assessing body ako pupunta: EA or VETASSESS.
I am not sure kung eligible ako sa Points Test. All along, I thought naka 50 points na ko but since hindi superior ang ENglish ko, it went down to 40 points na lang.
Basically, I do not know how to start.

Really appreciate if you can guide me. My brother, who is based in Perth, wants me to study na lang. Pero magastos yun saka po sabi sa IDP, since degree holder na ko, I should take MBA para maprove ko na GTE ako at hindi ako ideny ng immi. If I can find other ways, gagawin ko po wag lang magstudy (magastos kasi). Pls help me. Thanks.

a) let start with jobcode na nasa SOL, have you checked SOL and CSOL?

if hindi nyo fully nagamit ang CE degree, maybe may occupation/job code na pwede mas malapit like:

if you want to pursue Secretary (General), check mo din kung available ba sya for sponsorship nga mga states.. kung nasa state sponsorship occupation list sya ng state na gusto mo, then mas okay dahil makakuha ka ng sponsorship,

Mejo na confuse ako kasi akala ko yung Bachelor's Degree eh ung recognized sa AUS, meaning akala ko from Aus University or ung recognized Uni sa Pnas which is hindi ako dun pumasok.hehehe. SO hindi ko sya nacount nung una. I have checked subclass 489 at may QS stint ako so baka un ang gamitin ko na lang. Eto ngayon ang mga pinagdadaanan ko (hehehe):

sabi sa AIQS site, ang employment cert ko should be signed by a referee. Ang problema dun ang nandito na lang eh GM since wala ng project ung previous company ko (4 years ako sa kanila). Saka ang gusto nila eh detailed. Eh may format sila na binibigay lang.
Sa AIQS site din, may link sila wherein may mga certain professions/designations na pwedeng magcertify. I know of a nurse and a teacher who can certify pero dito sa UAE sila based. Ok lang kaya yun? And how do they certify? Just their signature, name and phone number?
Formal Qualifications mean TOR, Diploma and Certifications?

Salamat ng madami sa tulong mo, sa mga inputs kasi I thought my only way to get through is maging student na lang.

im not familiar with AIQS assessment, please double check na lang..

if you think na pwede na ang 4yrs work exp mo.. minsan kasi may minimum yrs of experience requred ang assessing authority...

regarding your questions:

1) baka pwede mo pakiusapan ang GM na pumirma, or hanapin mo ang dati mong manager.. para sila ang pumirma...kung ayaw pumirma ng HR..

2) are you talking about certifying your documents? i think ipapa-notarized mo yan sa lawyers.. yung mga other profession (nurse,teacher, etc) na nagcecertify eh dapat yata australian citizen.. i've read it somwhere.. hanapin ko ulit.. so lahat gn mga documents ng mga applicants dito sa forum, eh nagpanotarized sa lawyer..

3) i believe, yes..

@sisa - this is what im saying about certifying the documents: so pwede pala kahit hindi Australian citizen... pero so far, wala pa akong nakitang gumamit nito.. lahat puro notary..

Reply to @lock_code2004: Papi, yan nga po ang sinasabi ko. hahaha! Pero I am thinking na sa public notary na lang. I will be specific po ha. yung certifications na need ipanotarized, would it include Employment Certificates? I heard dito daw sa AUH, Sa Judicial Department, 150 dhs per doc.. Hays..

try mo na lang sa phil embassy ipa notarized.. baka mas mura.. may notary service din dun eh..

sa pinas kasi ako nagpanotarize... tapos ung iba dito na sa US..

ask din natin mga kabayan natin dyan sa UAE na nandito sa forum, san po kayo nagpanotarize sa UAE?

Reply to @sisa16: Hi, I believe you need to undergo further studies in Quantity Surveying to be able to claim for points as a QS. QS din ako dito sa UAE pero sa Engineer's Australia ako nagpa-assess ng qualifications .
