Praise God wla nmn naging prob ang hypertension ko but i declared it so i brought my docs here sa UAE dun sa Cebu where kami nag pa medical. nagpa issue ako ng medical report sa cardiologist ko ano na status ng health ko , controlled Hypertension sia and ano ung mga prescribed medicines ko from the start till now. nag additional test ako sa cebu nakalimutan ko name pro nag ok naman 🙂 Godbless s application. cguro ok na ung medical mo wla nmn feedback eh hehe usualy they will tell u nman agad and will recommend further tests or medication if required.
