Hi @jer2911, I don't remember them charging tax. Actually, we can bring money in as long as idedeclare naten if its more than 10k AUD. You don't need to declare it sa IABP. Sa plane lang bago mag land may parang customs check sila na idedeclare mo yung goods na dala mo and monetary amount. </blockquote>

@dy3p thank you sa feedback. ang need lang pala ideclare is yng cash on hand. kng mag transfer ba tyo sa account doon from here, wla naman silang limit?

ang iniisip ko kse baka kng may funds na galing sa income natin dito, eh i-charge nila tyo ng tax... tax free pa kse uae kaya lito ako hehehe...

Based sa NZ immig website, if you have a valid Aussie PR visa you can apply a resident visa upon arrival in NZ. With this visa you can live, work, and study in NZ indefinitely but once you leave NZ, that visa will expire, you will have to apply again every time you enter the country. So I think it doesn't matter if you're settled in Oz or not as long as you have the valid Aussie PR. 🙂 Correct me if I'm wrong.

@wanderer salamat kapatid! noted... this privilege is for OZ PR holders/citizens... wala namang sinabi na "PR holders/citizens <i class="Italic">residing </i>in OZ".

What I understood from "as long as you have a valid Aussie PR", we have to do the first entry to OZ to validate our visa, then only we can use it to travel to NZ. Tama po ba?

@jer2911 Wala namang limit pag transfer ng money. Yep, yung idedeclare mo lang is yung cash on hand mo na dala mo sa plane. Other than that I don't remember anyone asking how much cash I was carrying. Mahirap lang kasi pag nagsinungaling sa customs.. hehe Baka isipin nag momoney laundering ka.

Good day po. newbie lang po ako dito sa forum. Ask ko lang po sana if any one have an idea paano ang process and kung ano po ang mga requirements if magmamigrate sa Aus. Like now, nagwowork po ako as Accounts Clerk pero HRM ang tinapos ko. Maraming salamat po 🙂

@shine.dejesus381 hello po, first step is to be assessed muna by an authorising body nominated by immigration. since accounts clerk ka, you should be assess by CPAA. Pero since HRM ang natapos mo, check mo kung in-lined ba sya sa skills required for accountant (general).

hi ask ko lang my uncle is trying to apply for visa 189 skilled independent visa. Tpos sya ng computer engineer and support analyst sya in dubai at the moment. Nagkakaproblem sya sa pagkuha ng reference letter nya since yung unang amo nya lumipat ng saudi. Tas sa current work nya hindi rin sya makahingi since baka akalain nila aalis na sya. Hingi lang sana ako ng advice.

Tas how much po kaya ang kailangan iprepare? Nsa early stages pa lang sya. Nagpa assess pa lang sya sa isang agency sa dubai.

@aranayad hi. Gawa po sya statutory declaration/ affidavit stating un job description nya and other work details. Have it signed by his superior tapos ipanotaryo sa consulate, yun nga lang need personal appearance nung superior nya pag papa notaryo sa consulate

Ask ko lang po may alam po ba kayong migration lawyer based in Dubai. Or may iba pa bang way para manotarize yung statutory declaration maliban sa australian embassy na need pa ng personal appearance.

Complicated ba yung case ng uncle ko kung colleague lang nya ang witness nya sa stat dec at hindi superior?
