Guys from UAE, need some help.

I plan to fly to leave Dubai 3-Jan-23. I already resigned from the company and booked a flight ticket to Sydney.

Okay lang bang iwan kong nakabukas yung bank account ko sa UAE para yung backpay ay mailagay doon?

alam ko okay lang naman. pero once icancel ka at may loan ka, automatic ibabawas na ng bank sa gratuity mo lahat ng balance mo sa loans, etc. pero if wala ka naman loans, etc. pwede. make sure lang sa account mo about maintaining balance etc. para wala ka maging problema.

Bro it is advisable to close all the accounts (bank, credit card, etc) when leaving the country if you are not planning to come back again anytime soon. This is to avoid charges or unwanted use by others etc. Also para peace of mind ka din na close na lahat dito. Baka pwde ibigay ng company mo ung end of pay before you leave the country atleast wala ka na problem sa pagtransfer.

Hi Guys! Tanong ko lang sa mga nakapag lodge na ng visa application, kailangan ba mag upload ulit ng new Police Clearance after ma expired ng uploaded PCC-UAE sa immiAccount? 3 months lang kc validity ng PCC from MOI.

Hi po! Baka lang po may same situation dito tulad sa husband ko, need lang namin advise niyo regarding Statutory Declaration/Affidavit.

My husband previously worked po sa Dubai for 2years. That time financially struggling napo company nila, for his 2years stay sa company delayed ung sweldo nila. They stopped issuing payslip and even salary bank transfer. Cash na binibigay ung sweldo nila kasi kulang kulang po. Sadly, nung covid natuluyan na talaga magclose ung company nila.

But my husband left the company po before covid and currently working siya sa Singapore.

We're starting to gather documents for VetAssess. Gusto namin macredit din 2years expi niya sa Dubai but the challenge is ito lang po mga documents na meron kami, Offer Letter, Labor Contract, Visa & Emirates ID. We are planning to provide Statutory Declaration/Affidavit para sa Statement of Service & Payslip na di namin mapprovide since close napo ung company and even ung Immediate Supervisor ng husband ko na Indian e hindi din kasi responsive sa linkedin.

Ang tanong ko po is, para sa Statutory Declaration/Affidavit, wala po ba issue kahit sa Singapore or sa Pinas kami magpanotarise?

hi, sa mga taga dubai, san po advisable mag take ng PTE? nag exam po kame dun sa may silicon oasis, and hindi po maganda ung headset nila.
