Below po Un requirements. passport photo - scanned or electronic - light and plain background two recent payslips (no need to be certified) evidence of paid employment for the past 8 years (If you'll be claiming 8 years skilled experience) - one evidence per year. CV - Updated Singapore national ID (if ur currently residing in SG) NBI clearance (colour scan, no need to be certified true copy) - only if you lived in the Philippines within the last 10 years. Based on your resume you started working in Singapore from November 2007. I think you were living in the Philippines in 2005-06? Singapore Certificate of Character - you can only apply for this once you have an acknowledgement of lodgement of visa application - the Singapore authority needs this to accept an application for a CoC. (Equivalent nito sa Pinas is Police Clearance) Academic Certificates (TOR, diploma, and etc) Employment Records Kailangan un items 1 - 5 and 8 - 9 to lodge the visa application. Items 6 - 7 can follow after visa lodgement. Members of the family to be included in the application All - passport photo - scanned or electronic - light and plain background All - birth certificate (certified true copy) All - passport biodata page - (certified true copy) All - Singapore national ID (just a copy, no need to be certified) (Or if sa Pinas, Police Clearance) Your wife/Husband - marriage certificate Your wife/Husband - CV Your wife/Husband - Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction (CEMI) from the university/college that she/he attended (certified true copy). This is to prove that she/he has functional English. She/He could provide an IELTS too if she/he has one, but the CEMI is the easiest way to prove functional English. Your wife/Husband - Academic transcript (certified true copy) to go with her CEMI. Your wife/Husband - NBI clearance (colour scan, no need to be certified true copy) - only if she lived in the Philippines within the last 10 years. Chubmoks @toking Darating din yan dre baka bukas or next week ang sa inyo.. Normallay komocontact ung CO within first 4 weeks pag may hihingin na additional docs or Medical test, kung wala direct grant na yan.. Mostly nasa 6 to 8 weeks nag aapproved (based sa mga kaibigan ko rin na na grant na walang addtl docs) from Visa payment date.
