Requirements before Australian Citizenship Application

Ito po kasi ung nakasulat sa citizenship letter:

"As a result, it is necessary for you to provide original penal clearance

certificate(s) from the overseas country or countries where you have resided for a

continuous period(s) of 90 days or more since you were first granted permanent

residence"

Visa Grant Date : 17 October 2013

Initial Entry Date : 14 August 2014

Question. Need ko po ba kumuha ulit ng Police Certificate kasi hindi agad ako pumunta ng Australia and more than 90 days yun? Or hindi na kasi yung initial entry date ang pinaka start ng computation since yun din ang start ng years of residence to apply for citizenship? Thanks in advance.

police clearance if i understand it correctly, will only be needed kapag nagstay ka in other countries for 90 days or more after your initial entry..

Hi all - not sure if this has been answered before. I'm currently filling up online application but I'm confused whether to include middle name or not.

Passport - with middle name

AU valid ids like licence - with middle name

Working and PR grant - without middle name

Can I apply without middle name then provide my middle name in Other names, dates of birth or gender?

457 Visa Approved: 11/2/2019

PR granted: 11/12/2020

(2 years na po akong PR)

Overseas Travel: 18/12/2019-18/01/2020

(1 month vacation)

Considered na po ba akong lawful resident since 30/12/2018?

Should i deduct my 1 month vacation as 4 years lawful resident requirements ?

Hi everyone

On March 8 officially 4 years na kme =) this is it!! preparing mode.

Tanong ko po not sure if im on the right thread, 16 years old yung eldest ko and husband. Nbasa ko na they will apply on their own, does that mean mgcreate sila ng sarili na immiaccount or sa immiaccount pero as new application?

Sorry second question =( ko sa 2 kids under 11 sila ksama daw sa application ko, do I need to fill up different form for them? thanks in advance =)

Just create a new application on your immi account for each of them.

They are to be included in your application form.
