BTW dun ko ginawa sa finger print form yun kasi smudge yung isang finger ko ;-), waiting pa din ako sa NBI Clearance ko...

Hi,

I am applying for Visa 189 and currently in SG. Do I need to prepare NBI clearance po ba? Or just the SG Police Clearance? Coz I want to process it while waiting para ready na if ever I am asked to submit.

Hope you can enlighten me po.

@jcs0703 - yes, you will need PCCs from all countries where you lived for atleast 12 months..

Mabilis lang po ang pagkuha ng finger print form sa PE in SG, mabilis lng po dahil dun lang sa guard house ang pag kuha, take note nyo lang po kung kailan sarado ang PE.

ask ko lang sana re: sending bank draft kay ms. julie, ok lang ba na cash instead? and if yes, for me and my husband, besides sa Php 200.00 magkano pa yung dap at ko ipadala for the courier for them to send back the NBI to us here in dubai? and also, magkano normally yung pwede tip for ms. julie

one more thing, sabi ng agent ko ang required lang daw mag NBI is 18 y/o above but in this thread, sabi nila is 16 y/o daw... kakaconfuse. any idea?

Cash will be fine for the NBI fee; kasama na diyan yung postage when they send it back to you. And NO TIP is needed for Julie Macalit, it is her job to process these requests afterall...

@jvframos - ayun ang source ni @TasBurrfoot..

i think kasama na ang return mailing fee sa 200php.. pero hindi yata sila nagprocess na isend back sa mga courier, normal mail lang po..

by the way, may mga ibang courier na ayaw ng pera, so sympre wag mo sabihin na may pera sa padala mo... itago mo sa envelope at isingit mo sa mga papel..

the best and fastest way, kung may kamag-anak ka sa manila, eh ipadala mo ang autheticated form mo from UAE to them, then ipakisuyo mo na lang, and they can claim it after 3-5days.. you will need to give your relatives an authorization letter to do this..

Guys, kung may kakilala kayo sa abroad, ibigay niyo na sa kanya ang receipt niyo at sila na lang ang kukuha ng Police Clerance (kung posible). ganun yung ginawa ko sa pagkuha ko ng akin sa Saudi Arabia. masyadong mabagal ang regular mail sa atin. may naranasan pa nga daw yung agent ko na 6 months ang hinintay nila kasi na stuck sa post office yung sulat.

@Sungsung hello, same case ang hubby ko sayo. Ako bale ang principal applicant pero si hubby kasi nagwork sya sa Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 8 years bago kami nagpunta ng UAE. Problema naming ang PCC nya sa Saudi. Can you advise me kung ano ang ginawa mo to request for PCC? sabi kasi ng marami eh di na nagiissue ng PCC and Saudi para sa mga tao na nasa labas na ng Saudi. thanks.

@jvframos, eto yung email sa akin ng consular ng Philippine Embassy in Riyadh. di ko lang alam kung kelangan pang umuwi ng pinas ni hubby para magpafinger-print sa NBI. tanong tanong ka lang sa akin pag may malabo sa iyo. 🙂

Please be informed that the following are the requirements and procedures in obtaining Saudi police clearance for former residents of the Kingdom:

· Letter request from applicant address to us stating the purpose of obtaining clearance, your mailing address, email address and telephone number.

· Duly accomplished Fingerprint Card (all fingers printed) obtained thru the State Police of the country where the applicant is presently residing or thru NBI or PNP

· Photocopy of passport used in Saudi Arabia clearly showing the applicant’s photograph and visas and photocopy of residence permit (iqama) and

· Two (2) pcs. 2 inches x 2 inches photos

· Embassy’s notarial fee SR 100.00 (US$25.00)

· Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication fee: SR 30.00 (US$ 8.00)

Applicants may send their requirements and application directly to this Embassy (Philippine Embassy, Collectors Road, Diplomatic Quarter, P.O. Box 94366 Riyadh 11693 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) thru any courier service. Documentary requirements and the duration required to obtain such police clearance could be at least 2 to 3 months from receipt of the necessary documents and its payments.

Request is subject to approval or denial by the Saudi police.

In any subsequent communication with us, please always indicate your full name and present address for easy retrieval of record.
