Tip lang sa mga magrerenew. You DO NOT need to go to the consulate or embassy and fill up the fingerprinting form IF your previous NBI clearance is issued in 2014-2016.
Follow these quick steps:
Give NBI a call and look for Sandra Sobida. She will then give you her email address where you can submit a scan copy of your old NBI clearance.
Authorise a representative in the Philippines to collect your new NBI clearance. Your representative should bring a copy of your picture and scanned copy of the bio page of your current passport.
Your authorised representative will go to the NBI office in UN Ave to pay 115 pesos and claim your renewed NBI clearance. Then your representative can just send you the paper via post.
You can get your clearance in a min of 2 days! Di nyo na kelangan magaksaya ng oras at pera sa embahada para lang sa fingerprint form at sa pagpapadala ng mga application form sa pinas.

How did you authorise your representative ? You still mailed an authorization letter from your current country to the representative in the Philippines ?
