Need to send documents - securely to Cebu from melbourne

Hi all, wondering best way to send envelope with signed documents to Cebu .. just tried UPS website and it quoted $140 !!. So wondering if locals have knowledge of cheaper reliable service .

Have you tried the other providers? LBC, DHL, FedEx? Even the local post office ain't too shabby as well...

It was probably much faster to give them a ring or browse in the net for answer rather than actually waiting for an answer here... 🙂

thx - yep the others were the same - LBC website is impossible to use for some reason, and I heard sending via Australia Post is most unreliable, basic reason as sister in law does not have a house number / street address .. just an approximate address
