Hi Hello musta po kayo lahat mga kababayan, may naka pag sabi po sa akin tungkol sa pinoy au website marami daw po kayo natutulungan kaya nag register po ako. civil engineer by profession po ako sa pinas at nag aaral ako ngayon d2 sa AU ( Student Visa) at kalalabas pa lang po ng assessment ko sa Vetassess as a Civil Engineering Technician pwede po ako patulong sa inyo para makapaghanap po ng Work as a graduate engineer or Trainee/Internship po para magka lokal experience po. Pwede po ako Junior Estimator or Drafter po.

hi everyone! nakabayad and nagstart na po ako upload ng mga documents last fri (feb 27, 2015). may two questions lang po:

1) I have two professions then ung qualifications nilagay ko was ung course na related sa profession na inapplyan ko na visa. yung 2nd profession not declared pero nakalagay kasi sa birth cert ng anak ko ung occupation ko was ung 2nd profession. do i have to declare ung 2nd profession and attach the course TOR and diploma? xenxa na worried lang.

2) My mother-in-law's name sa birth cert ng husband ko was NINELLA pero sa marriage contract namin MIMELLA. do i have to provide additional documents to explain the discrepancy?

hello everyone! i already lodged my visa application last 24 Feb, with my husband and 2 kids as dependents. I am reading here sa forum that we can start uploading the documents required even anyone contacting us. is my understanding correct?

questions:

only birth certs, passports, qualifications and employment certificates lang po ang required na ma notarize?
for police clearance and medical clearance, kasama po mga kids ko even they are just 5 and 1 yr old?
for Form1229-evidence of custody, since you can have up to 4 kids under 18 na pwede ilagay sa isang form, tama lang po mag assume na isang form lang ang i-upload ko for my 2 kids?
may deadline po ba ang pag submit ng lahat ng mga documents required ?? baka kasi it will take time for me to process all the documents required.

what if acctg po but not cpa anong assessing body? 6 years work experience international bank. May chance po ba?

color scan of original documents would suffice.
18 years old and above lang for police clearance, medical for all members pero physical exam lang ata for your kids
I believe deadline is two months after you received your invitation

may mga questions lang po ako na hopefully some people can help me out with.

we have already sent the following documents to the company-appointed agent who's handling my husband's 457 application.

bio ng passports
marriage cert
CV
IELTS done, results coming out this month.

?? NBI/ police clearance:

as I understand, kelangan din po magpadala ng NBI from pinas, and Police clearance (we are currently in SG) tama po ba?

?? Medical clearance:

another important requirement?

I am researching online and reading the threads here because the agent hasn't advised us <i>on what to do next, or about the documents that we have to prepare to save on the waiting time</i> . Hindi pa po kami kumukuha ng Med cert, dahil wala pa kaming naririnig na any advice from the agent.

I'm starting to worry if this is really the "norm" or if this is just due to the agent's oversight.

I'm the type who prefers to be at least a step ahead and this is a little frustrating since this visa process is taking such a long time. Salamat po in advance sa clarifications/replies and thank you for reading kasi naka pag let out ako ng steam ng onti 😃

no need to have that form.. having the nso birth certificate of the kids is enough na showing your name and your hubby as the parents as proof ng custody..
parang wala akong nakitang deadline for the submission of documents except sa 2 months that you need to lodge a visa upon receiving the invitation which is nagawa mo na.. eto ata yung ibig sabihin ni @gerardds

although yung ibang documents na sinubmit ko... pina notarize ko kc...

i see sana nga walang deadline. kc my husband will be on an overseas trip ng 1-2 weeks, so matatagalan yung appointment nya for medical and police clearance.

Hi Guys not sure where to ask this, at medyo magulo rin yong case ko. Question lang regarding sa question # 15 "Previous countries of residence" sa online lodgement.

For the last ten years ba to? or basta lahat ng countries of residence mo.

For example sakin,

1999-2003 (i studied in KSA - every year bakasyon kami sa Pinas)

2003 to present (Back to Pinas with short visits to KSA and other countries)

Question is, should i include this in my application? kasi technically nag-aaral ako sa Saudi buong high school ko andun ako? Or no need kasi below 16 pa naman ako nung mga time na yon???

@J_Oz I would assume 10 years din ito so not counted na yan.. else you have to request for police clearance from KSA.
