Is there anyone po na nakakuha ng Riyadh Police Clearance dito sa Pinas? Pano po ang process at gano katagal?

hindi ata pwede kumuha ng police clearance ng hindi in person. ang alternative mo is kumuha ka ng statutory declaration sa AU embassy kung hindi na posible makakuha ka ng police clearance sa saudi. ganyan ginawa ng wife ko dahil wala sya sa saudi nung hiningi yung police clearance.

@macaraeg_mj thanks po! nagpunta din ba kau sa DFA dito sa Philippines? may nakita kasi kmi ng hubby ko sa site nila na procedure kung pano kkuha ng police clearance. hassle nga lang kc ang dming kelangan.

advice ng CO namin na mag stat dec na lang sya nung sinabi ko na hindi agad makakakuha ng police clearance sa riyad ang wife ko. di na namin tinignan yag option na yan. siguro kelangan sabihin nyo sa CO yung situation nyo.

<b><u>Filipinos in Saudi should obtain police clearance before departure</u></b>

A March 5, 2012 press release from the Department of Foreign Affairs

The Department of Foreign Affairs reminds all Filipinos who are transferring from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Australia, Canada, Europe, or the United States to obtain a police clearance in Saudi Arabia prior to departure.

The clearance is an entry/residency requirement in the said countries for all Filipinos who are coming from Saudi Arabia.

Those seeking to obtain a police clearance while still in the Kingdom should have the following:

Letter of Endorsement (LOE) addressed to the Police obtained from the Embassy;
Copy of passport or iqama;
100 Saudi Riyals.

The applicant will then bring the LOE to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for authentication and then to the Police.

Applicants who are no longer in the Kingdom have to go through a longer (two to three months long) and more expensive process and must have the following:

Request letter addressed to the Embassy stating the purpose of the clearance and e-mail address, if any;
Duly accomplished fingerprint card obtained through the State Police of the country where the applicant is presently residing;
Photocopy of passport used in Saudi Arabia clearly showing the applicant’s photograph and all visas;
Copy of Saudi residence permit (iqama);
Two (2) recent 2” x 2” colored pictures with white background;
Other relevant documents, if any, to support the application for police clearance;

Fees:

Embassy notarial fee – SR 100.00 (US$ 25.00)
Saudi MFA authentication fee: SR 30.00 (US$ 7.50)

hi lock_code2004! yup hndi na sya babalik eh kaya nga syang. ngbago din daw ng procedure dun sa Saudi kya hndi na sya nakakuha. Sakto kc ung day na ngemail sa amin ang agent nung April 4 na nagrrequest na ung CO nmin ng medical at police clearance eh ung day din ng flight nya pauwi dito sa pinas. thanks sa post punta nga sya sa wed sa DFA para mgask kung pano makakuha ng police clearance. Hopefully makakuha sya.

@faye, na grant yung visa namin last june 2011. sabi ko sa CO nung hnahanap yung police clearance na darating pa lang sa riyad wife ko after a month. ang sagot nya mag stat dec na lang sya sa australian embassy sa pilipinas. i suggest na sabihin nyo sa CO nyo na wala na husband mo sa riyadh pero makakakuha sya ng police clearance thru DFA pero matatagalan about 3 months ba? then from there antayin nyo sagot nya kung ok lang magantay sya or magbigay sya ng alternative.

@macaraeg_mj ah ok thanks. anong requirements at procedure sa pagkuha ng stat dec? i mean pagpunta sa australian embassy dito sa pilipinas irrequest lang ba ung stat dec? sino nga pla ang CO nyo?

@faye, bigay mo nalang email address mo bigay ko name dun and forward ko na rin mga correspondence ko with australian embassy re stat dec para magkaroon ka ng idea.

finally, after 2 1/2 months nakuha na din ni hubby ang police clearance nya. Thanks @lock_code2004 and @macaraeg_mj sa mga advises. 😃 God Bless!

@lock_code2004 hndi pa nga pinapasa ng agent ko eh sya ung authorized na makipagcommunicate sa CO. naiinip na nga ako nag long distance na nga ako sa kanya sa OZ sabi ko sinend ko na sa email nya ung police clearance ni hubby. Excited pa nman ako kahapon i-email sa knya ung clearance tpos til now d pa rin pinasa. Yun ang 1 disadvantage pag may agent.

@hotshot tama ka panay ang refresh ko ng inbox kasi wait ko ang email ng agent ko kc d pa sya ngrresponse sa email ko na clearance kahapon hehehehe...

ngeexpect pa nman ako na bday gift skin tomorrow ng CO eh VISA grant hahaha...

slightly similar po kc ung situation ko, pero sa Bahrain naman. 3 months din daw ung processing sabi ng Bahrain consulate sa pinas.

in our case, na-explain ko na sa CO namin (team 6) aabutin ng 3months ung processing ng Bahrain PCC.

and since ndi ko alam ung alternative na stat dec, direcho ko na lang tinanong kung ok lang maghintay cla nang 3 months, and nagreply nmn ung CO namin na hihintayin dw nya ung PCCs ko (3months for Bahrain, 2months for Malaysia).

sir, pde ko po kaya i-brought up yang alternative way na mag stat dec na lang ako sa AU embassy instead na mag-apply ako for Bahrain PCC sa Bahrain consulate sa pinas and wait for 3 months?

@sana_abot_pa try mo i brought up sa kanya total direct ka nmang nkkipagcommunicate sa CO mo eh. Sa part ko kasi mahirap kasi ung agent ko hndi pumayag na mg stat dec kami hintayin nlng daw nmin. Ask mo si @smartbrat if pano ginawa nya kc nasa bahrain din sya tapos d na sya ngpass ng PCC ngstat Dec nalng sya.

Si macaraeg_mj matutulungan ka din nyan kc sya ngadvise sakin dati about sa stat dec.

@sana_abot_pa, not sure kung nareplayan na kita. pero sa case kasi namin yugn CO mismo nagsabi na mag stat dec na lang kami. sabi ko kasi baka 1 month pa bago makakuha ng pol clearance ang wife ko dahil wala sya sa riyadh at that time. tapos lalampas narin ng 2 years application namin pag inaantay pa yugn pol clearance.
