nominated skill as Accountant to work as Auditor (vice versa)

i just want to ask, is there any prohibition when i have nominated and been awarded visa under 189 as an Accountant to find/work as an Internal Auditor in Australia? (vice versa)

Considering the fact the Internal Auditor is under VETASESS while Accountant were screened by CPA-AU, IPA and ICCA.
