I didn't use a template for those. What I did was I took notes of the keywords mentioned, chose which ones to highlight as the main idea + supporting ideas.

Yes. that's one of the options. you can pay via card or bank transfer. Take note lang of the fees, pero it's fair naman compared to other services

Hi guys. Add'l question lang. I have purchased ApeUni VIP at may mock test available na din dun. Would you advise to still purchase the PTE Gold Kit, or the ApeUni mock test already suffice?

Mahal din kasi yung PTE Gold Kit, baka makatipid din ako.

PS: Sa nagtatanong, this October pa po ako mag-eexam. Di ako nakakuha ng slot for September.

Personally, I prefer PTE official mock test. Hindi accurate ang speaking algo scoring ng apeuni so most probably mababa yung score mo. Oks sya pang pang practice pero kung gusto mo talaga ma gauge yung score mo mas maganda gamitin yung official pte mock test especially kung superior inaiim mo 🙂 Ginawa ko lang pang practice yung apeuni tapos nag take pa din ako ng official mock test.

sa ApeUni, maaasahan mo un grading sa lahat except sa speaking. pero useful for practice. ikaw na lang mag gauge kung satisfied ka sa performance mo pero hindi reliable talaga un grading sa mga speaking exercises especially sa read aloud.

I just finished my exam and got the results as follow:

L: 76

R: 75

S: 84

W: 71

Personal experience

Strict sa loob ng testing center. No phones and other gadgets allowed even jewelry. They will inspect and ask you to place your stuff inside the locker provided.
Face mask and face shield are required during test. Yes required sila both. So ipasok nalang yung mic sa loob ng face shield and lakasan yung boses.
Maririnig mo yung ibang test takers, so need to focus. One seat apart lang.

Test Questions

Mga 1-2 questions lang from mock test ng PTETutorials yung lumabas.

Templates

mostly I followed the guides from e2 language (Jay).
I tried Jimmyssem's template on Essay Writing, mukhang di nagwork. Doon ako lowest eh.

Will be taking another for superior!

Hello. You can refer to my previous comments in this topic, a few pages back.

In summary, what worked for me was Jimmysem's tips for most sections, especially Describe Image and Retell Lecture. ALL his resources are free on Youtube. Practical teacher siya. Another resource I recommend is E2 Language. You can sign up on the website and they have a free trial. May resources din sila for free on Youtube. I find Jay of E2 Language helpful as Summarize Written Text and Essay.

I also encourage that you do a mock test. Buy the one from the official PTE website so you can really gauge kung saang area ka okay and saan need improvement.

Hi guys. I'm still preparing for my exam. I just discovered na mas ok to practice Speaking in PTE Success app. Mas reliable yung result, even Jimmyssem's technique for Describe Image works (nakakuha ako ng 89). Though for Retell Lecture, using Jimmyssem's, around 60 lang nakuha in two free trials. Pero I will still use Jimmyssem's sa actual exam.

Now, I'm using PTE Success app for speaking, ApeUni for others, and will take PTE Gold Kit mock test. I have also watched all Jay's video covering all 20 topics. Very helpful yung Summarize Written Text and Essay as previously said by kathc, trying it in ApeUni.

Yung PTE Success pala may bayad for VIP, 539php/month.

Also, may bagong vid si Jimmyssem pertaining to changes in PTE Exam by November 16, 2021. You might want to check that out as well.
