sir congrats.. napanood ko din yan. gumagana pala sya. pero kapag ginamit mo sya sa mock test. ang score mo is mababa lang. salamat sir sa pg update.
legit po ba tong technique ng Milestone Study? parang pumipili lang sya ng babanggitin na words tapos di na tinatry iexplain yung topic nung image?

DI ko alam kung legit, sa iba lang ata gumagana yan. pasado nmn ako sa recent na exam ko pero 72 lang score ko sa speaking category, di ko alam tlga kung gumagana. ung content din kc pde mo masilip, ilang seconds lang. hehe. tska na ako mag share kapag nka superior na ako, meron ako nakuhang template ng DI at RL, kpg ng prapraktis ako sa apeuni, 75-82 /90 plge score ko. talino nung indian na un, pati template ng SWT at SST nya nakatulong.

Pano ba mag pa book sa pearson pte? Wala akong card na pambayad pero may cash ako, paypal at gcash may other way paba na makapagpabook ako ng pte exam?

Have you tried using your digital Gcash Mastercard. Have not tried but it should work like any other credit card.

Hi.

Just want to thank this forum. I took the PTE Academic exam last August 10 in Makati and nakita ko yung forum na ito mga 2 days before the exam. hehe. I was able to get some insights and tips that helped me rin get my target score. 🙂 I just want to share some observations regarding the test experience for those who will take the exam for the first time. These were probably posted na rin, but I could not backread sa buong thread. 🙂

Sobrang dami ng test-takers. More than 40 kami sa 2:15pm time slot ko. Pero around 10 lang per room.
2:15pm ang slot ko, pero mga 2:05pm pa lang e nag-exam na ako. Pagdating mo e may pila na and i-pa-process ka na nila and then derecho exam na after. Dumating ako sa exam center ng 1:15pm.
Pagpasok mo pa lang e off na agad ang phones. Hindi pwede gumamit ng CR until ma-register ka muna.
Di raw allowed ang naka-jacket (or may hood lang ang bawal?) sabi nung isa na pinabalik sa pila. Di naman masyado malamig sa loob pero nag-polo with undershirt ako para sigurado.
Bawal daw ang mga bracelets, relo, religious items, lucky charms, anklets, etc. Pati tissue at panyo at tubig bawal din.
Tama nga yung comments na rinig mo yung mga katabi mo while taking the exam. Pero di naman din masyado, although distracting kung papansinin mo. Ang ginawa ko na lang e medyo tinaasan ko yung volume ng headset.
Allowed ka lang daw magsulat sa paper mo pag nag-start na yung first item sa exam.
Nakalabas ako ng building mga 4:10pm. Then 6:38pm pa lang e may natanggap na akong message na may result na rin. Sobrang bilis pala ng result.
I guess e mas forgiving ang scoring/grading sa PTE compared sa IELTS. 🙂

These are just based on my personal experience when I took the exam in Makati. I just posted these for those who want to know what to expect during the test day. Medyo nagulat ako sa experience since ibang-iba sa experience ko when I took IELTS before.

By the way, hirap maghanap ng parking. Eventually e sa may RCBC building na lang kami nag-park (Basement 7). 110 pesos lang ata ang binayaran namin.

hi, @janry. hindi naman ako nahirapan sa essay. madali din lang kasi yung question nung time ko. hehe. bantayan mo lang yung word count and yung time remaining. and double-check mo lahat ng spellings.

you're welcome, era222. ito rin kasi yung mga info na sana nalaman ko before ako nag-exam. hehe. para lang sana ma-set ko expectations ko. sana ay makatulong sa mga mag-e-exam pa lang.

with regard sa dress code, di ko lang sure. pero parang walang naka-shorts nung exam namin. hindi strict sa building itself. hindi na nga nagpaiwan ng ID yung guard nung nalaman na for PTE exam. hindi na rin hinanap yung sa Makati na covid link ko. pero better na rin kung prepared.

Just like to thank everyone on this group and nakuha ko po yung superior score (muntik ng sumabit). I took the exam Aug 17 1:45pm. Natapos exam exactly 2 hours and nag-email ng result after 3hours.

Nag practice lang po ako sa Apeuni and yung template ni Jimmyssem for DI and RL is still working.

Goodluck sa mga future test takers. Just a friendly advise, practice makes a lot of difference lalo na sa PTE exam. Walang lumabas sa mga nireview ko sa Apeuni pero nakatulong sya kung paano ang approach sa mga questions.

Question lang ano ba ang desired score sa pte para maprocess ung application sa Australian immigration website? May nabasa ako 65 daw?
