Retell Lecture:
For this part, I wrote down key points that the speaker said. As in the important ones only and I used the image or powerpoint that was already on the screen as a guide to how I will retell the lecture. I made sure to at least be able to remember one or two sentences that the speaker mentioned because that ensured that what I said would be correct then I just expounded on the topic from how I understood it. I usually used "The lecturer said/ mentioned/ described....".
Describe Image: Madalas ginawa ko dito binasa ko yung nasa image. As in sinasabi ko "The graph describes the Gorilla Distribution of...." tapos binasa ko lang talaga yung mga nasa image. Wala pa nga hindi tama yung sinasabi ko sa nasa data. But don't worry about that, what's important is the way you speak and not the content.
Sa Speaking parts I tried to use up all the time that was given to record and I made sure that the record was starting before I started speaking. I noticed that at some parts the record beep didn't sound. Nung mock exam ko yung ibang recordings ko hindi nasasama yung start. Also, at some part hindi ko natapos ng maayos yung explanation ko or sagot ko. I think okay lang yon kasi ang habol talaga sa speaking is oral fluency and pronunciation.</blockquote>
