Just came across with this blog the other day... and love it...

I want to ask to those who took the exam, which center is best for PTE Academic test- Pearson Professional in Makati or Bright Center in Ortigas?

I took IELTS three times now and always miss .5 in writing, so frustrating.. now I'm trying my luck in PTE Academic.

I been in Australia in 2 years working as Accountant under working visa. I been in Philippines for a year now and applying for PR this time.

@itchard Thanks...Can I know the difference between Pearson Makati and Bright Center- I was just worried if there's problem in microphone of Bright Center which might affect my speaking test. I wonder why Pearson Makati was always fully booked? Do they have limited slot?

@MyOZdream have you tried the practice tests which can be bought in PTE? what are the results of your enabling skills? I assume that you had low score on pronunciation and/or oral fluency.

@CPAofOz yep, i got 90 on everything sa enabling skills except fluency and pronunciation. Not sure if nakaafect yung braces ko s pronunciation.. I tried both mock exams, lowest score ko tlga speaking. I thought gawa ng mic ko s bahay.

@MyOZdream you can still try for the last time! 🙂 Good for you, you can opt to apply for visa 489. Before I can lodge the EOI, I need proficient english score in the exam as required by CPA, IPA, and ICAA.

@CPAofOz yeah, yun nga narealized ko bless pa din ako kc may option pa ako yung iba wala n tlga. saka yung word ni Lord sakin Deut 19:2 set aside 3 cities centrally located in the land i will give u. sa map South Australia yun saka ACT. pero ang code ko open sa SA. so meaning gusto nya tlga sa SA kmi. saka starting July 1 magincrease n ang English requirement ng SA pero pasok pa din grade ko sa increase. So my interpretation is SA tlaga ang inopen na door ni Lord for us. Kaya nagobey na ko d nk magreresist.

@Julian I don't know the difference but my wife took the exam 1st time and got her desired score. She only spent like 2-3 days reviewing the PDF file.

@chicken_star state nomination will open in July 1. I submitted EOI first then I will submit state nom this coming July 1. Based on their updated news release, ICT occupations will reopen this coming July 1

guys, query ko lang sa mga nakapag order na ng Gold Kit sa PTE gaano ba siya katagal bago ma receive at saka ano ang process to receive it? ...we made the order two nights ago...

How much time is needed for PTE Review? Is PTE online review really worth it?

@Julian for me Mcmillan is enough, but if you really want to feel the actual exams, you can purchase the mock test.
