I did my mock test in PTE.

I was not expecting the reading to be that low. Any tips to improve my reading?

hi guys salamat po sa mga tips and tricks na na-share nyo. another thing that I'm struggling is the describe image part. sa mga nakapag take na po ng exam, what is the effective template that you've used? I bought a gold kit in pte practice, do you think that is enough? thank you!

@haunter08 ako ang ginamit ko lng na template at paulit ulit lng is "The bar/pie/line graph projected on the screen describes the [title of the graph] based on the data provided, the largest sector was from(kng ano nakalagay sa graph) while the smallest portion was from (sa graph ulit). The chat was very accurate and concise which can be used as a reference for future studies with the same objective.

Note: maski hindi accurate yng content na sinasabi mo sa graph ok lng bsta tama grammar at fluent ka magsalita mataas makukuha mo.

bro @Hunter_08 salamat sa tips. usually graphs lang ba lumabas sa exam or meron din picture/maps/diagrams etc.?

@se29m oh I see, kala ko sa speaking sya connected. di ko maintindihan bkit ang baba ng spelling ko. nag double chek naman ako bago submit. Oral fluency I know I need to double time on this.

@batman actually same lang ginawa ko sa actual test. sadyang mababa lang ata talaga magscore ung mock test. 🙂

ma try nga tong template nato. nun nag mock test ako di ko pa memorize ang template at nagulat ako sa iba ibang graph type kasi yung iba comparative sya hindi iisang data lng.

@jella hopefully same thing will happen to me. btw, ilang araw before the actual exam ka nag mock test. almost perfect pala ang scores mo sa actual. ano mga score mo sa mock test?

@haunter08 sa akin more on bar at pie chart.. bihira yng pictures at maps..pero paghandaan mo na din para just in case lumabas yun handa ka... same din naman yun ibahin mo lng yng sa template.. good luck..

@jedh_g could you also share the materials with me? I have attempted the PTE Academic twice but scored very low in speaking. From the report, both my oral fluency and pronunciation are very low, but I scored a band 7.5 in IELTS speaking.

@batman mga 1week before actual test ko tinake ung mock test. Parang pasang awa lang ung scores ko 🙂

@jella ang taas na ng score mo di ka pa na invite? tataas cguro ng points ng iba. kaya dapat talaga maka kuha ng 20 pts sa PTE para mkapag sabayan.

@batman hndi pa po sir e sobrang taas ng kailangang scores sa occupation ntn. Madami dami na rin nkakakuha +20points from pte lalo mga indiano ang dami nila. Sana next roubd mainvite na ako. 🙂
