I-emphasize ko lang na neutral accent lang ang gamitin, and at conversational-level ang volume. Be confident din as the software can detect hesitations on your voice. May I know pala your enabling skills score on Oral Fluency and Pronunciation? It may help din kasi to look into those two. Don't give up, keep practicing 🙂

@aje15 try to use academic collocations (attached) when you're speaking. You can easily incorporate these words in describe image section. Your oral fluency and pronunciation are way too low that could be the reason that your speaking is very low as well. Kahit kasi sabihin mo confident ka pero kong di ma recognize the computer and mga sinasabi mo wala din. kaya adjust ka.

@aje15 Red flags din both factors, yung Oral Fluency and Pronunciation. Boost mo tong dalawang to and surely magiimprove din ang speaking score. Go over their criteria and listen to sample responses and how PTE graded it. You may recognize some mistakes na kino-commit mo din pala.

Mababa din po ang Oral Fluency ko kaya nag-woworry din po ako. Kailangan ko po na makakuha ng at least 79 sa lahat para makuha ko po yung 20 pts for my visa application. Sa October 12 po ako ulit mag-take pero super kinakabahan parin ako. Sana po mabigyan niyo pa po ako ng tips at encouragement lalo na sa mga same yung naging struggle sa Speaking.

Maraming maraming salamat po @batman ! Susubukan ko rin po ito. After reading this forum po, narealize ko na nagkulang po talaga ako sa pagcheck sa mic pati po yung paglinaw ng pananalita ko. Kaya sobrang baba ng Oral Fluency ko na feeling ko po humatak talaga sa score ko sa Speaking,

@jample i did not take any paid courses in English I just practice on you tube. lot of materials are there. Make sure that you will not take for granted other section baka doon ka nmn bumaba pag speaking ka lng naka focus. give more time sa kung san ka mahina pero isabay mo din yung iba.

Anyone tried using google voice search to practice if the pc recognizes your pronunciation? Medyo katuwa din sia and syempre it's free.

Took the exam yesterday and finally naka move on na din at makapag assess na hehe

L=80 R=70 S=74 W=79

@batman hello narerecognise naman ng dragon yung speech ko saka pagpinaparinig ko recording understandable naman. So hindi ko talga alam kung saan mag aadjust. Pwede ba humingi ng sample speaking ninyo?🙂 aj.cuenca@yahoo.com
