i will be having my IELTS this saturday and after reading this thread parang gusto ko na bumagsak at mag PTE to get 79 para makuha 20 pts/ hehe

@davidan you still have to go to the test center and take it there.

Hey guys, wala n yun Bright Center sa Ortigas sa choices ng Test center, are they gone for good ? Sabi dati transfer lang.

@brooke15 unfortunately, exam centers are only located in manila so far. One in ortigas (temporarily closed) and the other one in makati. Book lang po kayo online. You can't book it manually po.

I think you can book even just days before as long as available ang schedule. Limited lang kasi ang seats nila.

@Frances16 yes meron po. I think around 140 to 180 ata remarking fee.if you are confident that you should have gotten a higher score then apply for remarking. Not to disappoint you though, sa kabila they recommend to just retake the exam. Parang slim lang kasi ang chances na may nabago sa score tapos mahal pa remarking. Yung remarking din po pala nila is computerised din..hindi po manual.. Pa remark sana ako dati kung manual e.. Kaso nagdalawang isip ako nung nalaman ko na computer din.. Anyway, you could get the result of the remarking at least after 1 day ata.. Mabilis lang din daw po yun..

Tried IELTS two times but failed. I need 20 points for the English exam.

Some questions for those who already took the exam :

I am planning to memorize yung general outline ko sa retell image tsaka sa report explanation since yun ung feel kung weakness ko.

1.) Ball pen and paper ba ang pang note taking?

2.) Will it be given sayo dun palang sa introduction part?

3.) Pwede ka na ba mag sulat dun at gumawa ng 'cheat sheet' based from your memory before ka mag start ng speaking?

4.) Mahaba ba yung sulatan o kailangan burahen mo pa para mag ka space?

You got 7 na ah why do you need 8? pag 7 10 pts na un.

Pag ba naka 65 points mga ilan weeks ang pag aantay bago ma invite?

Not necessarily ballpen. Parang ball point na marker. Then notebook na pa rectangular mga 15inch ang haba.. Then para siyang white board notebook.. Parang ganito although hindi naman transparent.. http://www.ippinka.com/shop/nuboard-whiteboard-notebook/

Pwedeng pwede but you can only start writing there kapag nag start kana mag exam. You are not allowed to write anything there before you begin your exam
Maraming space. I usually consume 1 page or 2 pages lang. Malapad din kasi siya.

@filipinacpa hi, i took my pte-a exam yesterday and got the result earlier this morning. my speaking score's like sh**(59), and i only got 35 in oral fluency. Since i'm aiming at 79+ and i'm not sure how i should deal with speaking, it's killing me.

I've noticed that you've improved significantly in speaking. Can you pls share how you've managed that(how you practiced, for instance), in detail?! I'd really appreciate it if you could help. (btw, could you write in english pls, because I just bumped into this forum and don't know any Filipino.... sorry, i hope that's not too much to ask.
