Got my superior english result taken last Wednesday 🙂 I want to share to you all the detailed tips na ginamit ko.
SPEAKING
a. Read Aloud - magpractice ng may tikas ang boses; makinig ng podcast na English Pronounciation Exercise; gamitin ang Note app sa iphone at irecord ang sarili ng nagbabasa at tingnan kung napipick up ba ni iphone into words yung english word na sinasabi. Example: common mistake yung pronounciation ng WOULD kasi pag dika careful ang nakakacapture ay WOOD.
b. Describe Image - Note: Hindi alam ng computer kung ano ang nakikita mo kaya wag kang magpanic. Follow the format:
1.The graph/chart illustrates ........(basahin lang ang title ng graph)
2.The vertical line shows .......(basahin ang vertical line percentage ba, population ba in millions) while the horizontal line shows ..... (basahin ang horizontal line; kung maraming bansa at walang common denominator sabihin mo lang selected countries/item)
3.The highest sector is .... with ....
4. The lowest sector is ..... with ...
5. Overall the graph/chart is accurate and concise and can be use as reference for future studies.
Note: For the following scenarios:
a. Picture lang sya - gamitin ang format pero palitan ang 2-4 ng It can be seen that ....(sabihin mo lang kung ano nakikita mo bale mga 3 items) tapos Overall the chart...
b. Process - gamitin ang format palitan ang 2-4 ng basahin mo isa isa yung steps.. then Overall the chart is accurate etc.
c. Retell Lecture: Hindi alam ng computer kung ano naririnig mo wag mapraning. Sa notepad mg sulat ng
1. The lecture was regarding .....(banggitin yung topic word or phrase)
2. A significant amount of time was spent discussing the said topic.
3. The lecture concluded after all the data points were discussed completely.
4. To summarize his/her analysis she/he mentioned the following: ... (banggitin mo yung 3 sentence or 2 sentence na naintindihan mo sa lecture.
5. Overall the lecture is accurate and concise and can be use as reference for future studies.
d. Repeat sentence - ngcombine ako ng pagsusulat ng first letter at yung pg imagine ng kung ano sinasabi.
e. Answer short questions - nagpractice ako ng mga materials sa youtube pero be careful sa pag transition from retell lecture to Answer short question kasi pg next mo tapos bigla na lang may magsasalita nagugulat din ako.
WRITING
a. Summarize written text: intindihin ng maigi yung last sentence tapos iparaphrase mo na lang using some key words dun sa ibang paragraph. Hanap ka din ng synonym. Okay din to keep in mind yung format na: XXXX, which xxxxxx and/but xxxxxx.

READING:
a. Basahin ang prompt tapos question tapos skim the paragraph tapos read the choices. Pag may 2 kang nahanap na malapit na sagot tapos 1 answer lang ang dapat basahin ito ulit kasi baka may twist lang sa words na ginamit.
b. Reorder paragraph- nagwowork din yung mga conjuction at pronoun analysis pero overall ianalyse mo din yung story na kumbaga pag ikaw ang pinagsabihina na ganito sya nagsimula tanongin mo din sarili mo ng tapos? ano dapat yung logically kasunod nung kwento
LISTENING:
Summarize spoken text format:

First, ... mention mo yung unang supporting sentence
Second,.. mention mo yung 2nd supporting sentence
In conclusion, magbanggit ka ng last na sinabi nung speaker. minsan opinion niya lang.
Sa listening mg notes ng magnotes pra pgtingin mo sa option alam mo na kung ano ang dapat.
Last but not the least, meron akong study plan. Nasa score sheet na tab yung analysis ko ng previous scores ko. Lagay mo lang yung score mo sa taas malalaman muna kung saan ka weak. Example: Pag mababa ang written discourse mo ibig sabihin may mali sa Essay mo kasi essay lang may impact sa written discourse.
And the most important thing is rest in GOD's LOVE for you! Wag mag panic. Tandaan mo may mas mabuting plano si God for you at medidate ka lang ng bible verses on His plans and purposes for you. Sana makatulong ito sa sino man.
