Ano pala tips dun sa reading .Binabasa nyo ba yung buong passage?Nasanay kasi ako sa ielts na underlined ko yung mga keywords sa reading kasi naka print so mas madali para sakin.Pro dto sa pte reading medyo nahirapan ako.

Hi guys. Habang binabasa ko mga posts I'm getting excited to take the PTE exam as well though I'm not familiar about it. Very encouraging kasi ang mga shared experiences ng mga members and with all the beautiful souls in the forum na handing tumulong.

Kung my nkakapgPhD sa IELTS, isa na ata ako dun. D ko na matandaan kung ilang beses nako ngtake. cguro nasa 6 na since 2007 and as always my isang section na tagilid so hoping na sa PTE ko naman makuha ang mark na kailangan ko.

I've booked an exam a month from now and I don't want to be aggressive at the same time too relaxed.

Just a question, are you actually allowed to book multiple exam? All the best everyone!

@Samnne we are not allowed to book multiple exam. We can only book immediately after taking the test and not satisfied with the result.

Thanks Julian. Ibig sabihin nyan kelangan mahabang pacenxa sa pghihintay sa exam date. What's happening kasi is after a month or so na ang makukuhang booking. I guess its not surprising as PTE is getting more popular.

@Samnne where k b mag take ng exam? Dito sa pinas 2 before yun test center, pero now pearson makati n lang, 3 or 4 times a month ang sched pero minsan madali mapuno.

@chapoy alam ko meron tlga silang free pero yng scored test yun ang alam kong may bayad....heheheh

@Julian dto sa Sydney, dto 3 lang ang test centers kaya punuan na din halos. Malamang after ng exam ko sa Sept ang makuha kong booking eh December or next yr na. Hopefully hindi, wait, bakit ba super negative ako. Sana maipasa ko ng first take para d mako umulit. Sana lahat ng mg-eexam na makuha nila ang desired marks nila.

Question po, pag po ba retake s pte mas lower ang exam fee? Or same lng po?

@Julian oh i see. Ngbooked kc ako s Malaysia, the price is lower compare dito s SG. I paid in Malaysian Ringgit kc, if converted around sgd190+ sya, compare dito s SG i paid around 315sgd.

Mababa nga pala ung value ng myr against sgd ngayon, bka kaya ganon. Akala ko kc nung una mali ung npurchase ko or bk iba ung offer nila. Fully booked n kc dito s sg until november kaya try ko don. Thanks!

Hi @filipinacpa! I've been reading this thread for a week now, and nainspire ako sa story mo. 🙂. I planned to take IELTS pero when I encountered this thread, parang mas strength ko ang computer-based exams. Sobrang daming info and tips napupulot ko dito, and it helps me a lot sa review time ko. Pwede po bang pasend sa personal email ko ung niload mong doc abt per module type ng lahat ng PTE-A questions? @kristine_1377 ang style ko sa reading, babasahin ko muna ung question, then babasahin ko ng buo na mabilisan yung essay/paragraph.
