Initially, I was only aiming for proficient score.. pero tumaas na kasi ung bracket ng points ng skills ko para makakuha ng invitation.. kaya no choice ako kundi makuha ung superior.

SPEAKING
Ito ang weakness ko.. nahirapan ako hanapin kung ano ung tamang technique kaya ung score ko dito is inde rin consistent.. haha Ang ginawa ko practice dito is magbasa ng malakas ng 2 articles araw araw. Nag-practice din ako sa youtube (PTE GOLD) para sa describe image and re-tell lecture.
WRITING
Sa lahat ng part, ito ung consistent na mataas ako.. Inaral ko muna ung paggawa ng Essay.

Once naaral ko na un, saka ko kinabisado ung ibang part ng essay template ni Steve Fernandez na napost din dito..
Mahalaga na alam nyo ung essay structure kaysa sa template kasi kung makalimutan nyo ung template at least makakaproceed pa rin based on your knowledge on the essay structure.

LISTENING
Kelangan masanay ung tenga natin makarinig ng english as much as possible. Kaya ang ginagawa ko nakikinig ako lagi ng TED Talk at BBC.. Di rin ako masyado nanonood ng American series.. Pero since kelangan ko ma-expose sa English.. natuto ako manood ng american series.. haha tinigil ko na din muna ung panonood ng tagalog movies at korean drama.. haha
READING
Nagbabasa ako everyday ng 2 articles from ScienceDaily website and editorial from Philippine Daily Inquirer. Beneficial din sa writing ang pagbabasa ng mga english articles kasi magkaka-idea kayo on how to write a good essay.

OTHER TIPS
Learn more collocation words. For this, I listed all the english words na nabasa ko at narinig ko na inde familiar sa kin sa isang notebook. Ito rin ung ginawa ko ever since nag-IELTS ako.. If may time, lagi ko binabasa un.. makakatulong un sa reading at writing..
Aside from that, very helpful din ang tips and tricks ng E2 Language sa youtube.
EXAM TIPS
SPEAKING
Observe a moderate and consistent pacing for higher oral fluency and stress the words to achieve a higher pronunciation score. Bukod dun, kelangan din mag-stop sa mga punctuation marks pag nagbabasa..
Ginamit ko din dito ung describe Image and Re-tell lecture na template napost na din dito sa forum.. Un lang din ginamit ko sa lahat ng exam attempts ko..
Wag titigil sa pagsasalita pag inde alam ang sasabihin.. basahin mo na lang kung ano ung mga nakikita mo.. hehe
Sa repeat sentence, mas effective sa kin ung pakinggan wholeheartedly with all your might hahaha ung nagsasalita kesa nagsusulat ng first letter of every word.. di ko nakuha lahat ng items sa part na toh.. Ang ginawa ko lang is sinabi ko lang ung narinig ko basta wag lang titigil..
WRITING
Template lang din ang ginamit ko dito na nashare na rin sa forum and I use collocation words a lot as in.. Eto cguro din ung dahilan kung bakit mataas ung writing ko.. Time management din and kelangan dito.. for Essay part, pag alam ko kukulangin ako sa oras.. dumidiretso na ako agad sa conclusion.. remaining time ina-allot ko sa pag-ayos ng grammar at pagcheck ng spelling and pag-singit ng iba pang sentences.. I always target 270+ words essay.
READING
Mahirap ang reading at limited din ang oras.. kaya I allot more time on re-order paragraph and Fill in the blanks kasi mas maraming items tong part na toh..
For multiple choice part, I always read and understand the question first before reading the article.
Iniintindi ko din mabuti ung binabasa ko para masagutan ko din sya agad.. If lagi kayo nagbabasa ng english articles.. tingin ko madali na lang sa inyo ang reading...
LISTENING
Limited din and time dito.. Kung ano marinig mo un na un.. di mo na pde ulitin ung recording.. kaya kelangan mo makinig ng maigi at sumagot agad..
LIFE TIPS
Never Give Up on your Dreams! Ung last take ko umay na umay na ko haha.. di na rin ako masyado nag-aral haha.. Pinaubaya ko na lang kay Lord lahat at di naman nya ako pinabayaan dahil binigay na din nya sa kin in his perfect time..

Sa mga ilang beses na nag-take, wag kayo mawalan ng pag-asa.. imposible na wlang papupuntahan lang ng effort nyo.. trust me 🙂
