SPEAKING:
Read aloud - you have 35 secs to read the passage and prepare. My technique is that during the preparation time, i am reading it aloud already so that i will know if i am too fast or slow. Inuulit ulit ko yung mga parts na medyo nabbulol ako para pag binasa ko na siya fluent na kasi maaalala ng utak natin na dapat ganun siya basahin. Sit up straight. Focus on the passage. Ignore the people talking around you. Feel free to move. Express yourself. Do some hand gestures like you are explaining it to someone. For me, it is better if you are doing some hand gestures while reading the words because it eases up the tension. It also helps to be more focus on the text that you are reading. As a practice, i read books aloud.
Repeat sentece - i wrote down the first letter of words while repeating the words on my mind. I practiced this many times and based on my observation, i was speaking at the 2 or 3 second mark after writing the first letter of the words. It needs practice to perfect it and it is effective for me but of course my short term memory is not that good so i tend to miss some words but it is fine.
Describe image - i have a template as what others did. "The line graph/bar graph/pie chart/diagram/picture depicts/shows/illustrates the (title of the picture presented). The x axis represents the xxxxxx and the y axis represents xxxxxx." (For graphs). Then explain the highest and lowest figures. Conclusion "it is evident that the overall trend was downwards/upwards"/"overall, the graph showed an upward trend from xxxx-xxxx, then a downward trend from xxxx-xxxx"/"the picture/graph/chart is concise and accurate, hence it could be use for future study". Just practice it to learn how to manage your time and not exceed the 40 second time limit. Explain the picture on how you read the passages in read aload. Don't correct yourself just move on if you say something wrong.
Re-tell lecture - it is important to take down notes. Take down the key words. If you can't say anything else just relax and think of something that is related to the lecture. The key here is to say the key words and be fluent. Be mindful of your time. You should end your sentence before the time expires. 36-38 secs is good enough.
Answer short question - Dito ako nadali dati. Akala ko retell lecture pa ayun pala answer short question na. Always be alert. This is easy but you must be aware on what part of the exam you are answering.
WRITING
Summarize written text - read this http://en.toefl.uobabylon.edu.iq/papers/pearson_2014_112450766.pdf
You have allot of time in this part so this should be easy but practice it as too just to make sure.
Write essay - http://dylanaung.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/useful-phrases-sentences-and-formats.html?m=1

Just the same with ielts essay but you have a shorter time. You need to write an essay within 20mins. You should have an introduction, body (2 paragraphs) and conclusion.
READING - this is easier than the mock tests. Don't waste your time on one item. If you're not sure with your answer in the multiple choice, just answer the sure one you know. Mutiple choice is right minus wrong. If one of your answers is correct and the other one is wrong, you'll get a score of 0 so be careful.
Reorder paragraphs - just look for the topic sentece. The topic sentence is a sentence which could stand alone. It doesn't have pronouns. I know there is a link in the previous posts. Just check it out or you could check youtube. Look for tips on pte re order paragraph if i'm not mistaken. But i am sure there is a tutorial in youtube.
Fill in the blanks - check out the academic collocation list in pte. There are about more than 2000 collocation words but you don't have to memorize it. You just need to be familiar with the words.
LISTENING
Summarize spoken text - same with the re tell lecture. Take note of the key words. There is an enough time to write your answer. Check your grammar, spelling and sentence constraction.
Multiple choice - read the question first then look for the context clue. Listen carefully to the speaker and look for the context clue and once you heard it, you'll find the answer. Don't waste much of your time in this part.
Fill in the blanks - read together with the speaker. What i did in this part is that i wrote the answers in the provided sheet of paper without looking on what i am writing so that i can follow the words that the speaker is saying. After listening, i typed the answers in the blanks. Make sure that what you are typing is in the correct spelling. You can use "tab" to shift to the next blank.
Highlight correct summary - i really suck in this part. Before the speaker speaks, read the question then listen to the speaker very carefully. Take down the key words and rlate it to the choices.
Select missing word - just listen carefully to the speaker. Look at the moving bar on your screen and when it is about to end, focus on the last sentence because it is about to stop.
Highlight incorrect words - easy part. Just follow the word that the speaker is saying using the cursor so that when the speaker said an incorrect word, you could immediately click it.
Write from dictation - same tip as with the repeat sentence. The difference is that you have more time in this part to write your answer so this is easier than the repeat sentence.
