Good day po, bat po kaya ganto? Ang baba po ng score di po pla nakikita kay pearson ung mga mali m po< nung sa PTEPLUS po mataas n po ung reading and writing, ngayon po kasi natapat sa 2 essay. Tsaka san po kaya pwede din mag review ng reading ang hirap po tlga ng reading. Salamat po sa 23 na po kasi ung exam.

@dess mock tests are harder than actual exam. Based on your score, you have to improve in SWT, essay, RA, RWFIB, RO. Did you use templates for essay? Practice reading in ptestudy.com

eto po ung result nung sa pteplus na pang 4 mocktest, 1 essay lang po yan pero ung ngayon po kay pearson 2 essay, opo gumagamit po ng templates pero sariling templates lang po gamit, laking tulong po talaga ung templates? Mukang kelangan po tlga mag practice p, pag po pla 2 essay mas mahirap sa SWT mas madali po

For essays, use template. 1st mock test I did not use template my score was lower than 79. 2nd mock test when I used template I got 90. I took mock tests from pearson

600+ pages na ung thread. grabe sobrang dami.. salamat sa lahat na nagbigay ng tips.. last 200 pages lang halos nabasa ko. at sinummarize ko mga nabasa ko. Here you go, para sa mga bago na katulad ko..

ACRONYMS para mas maintindihan nyo mga sinasabi nila.

RS - repeat sentence

RA - read aloud

DI - describe image

RL - retell lecture

ASQ - answer short questions

SWT - summarize written text

RA - focus and practice lang sa pagpronounce ng F TH ED V.May lesson jan si Jay sa e2 languange laking tulong yun.

DESCRIBE IMAGE - modified template from Sonny English

RE-TELL/SST - same template from E2Language

RO - Ang technique dito wag mo paghiwalayin yung alam mong sure mo na magkasama. Better na may partial score kesa wala.

SWT - atleast 50 words and gamit lang connectors FANBOYS

nagpadali ng buhay ko dyan ay yung paggamit ng "and." malaking tulong yung "and" kaya nakagawa ako ng isang sentence na at least 65 words.

Huwag ka ring magmadali sa part na yan, pati sa SST na rin. May 10 minutes ka para magbasa/makinig, mag-construct ng sentence and mag-proofread.

Hi po. Share ko lang.

Nag-exam ako ng PTE-A sa Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Habang nag-eexam kami may nagddrill sa baba ng exam room. Halos buong exam period nagddrill sila. Nung natapos yung exam, nagsabi ako sa proctor na balak kong iretake or refund yung exam kasi maingay the whole time. Inacknowledge naman nila kasi 1month na raw ganun dun sa location nila. Nireport ko agad sa Pearson VUE kaso medyo matagal sila magdecide. Nagbook na lang ulit ako ng panibago 1 wk later at nakuha na yung desired score ko. So inilaban ko pa rin yung isang exam ko. 1month later, after ng maraming diskusyon sa customer support, nakakuha ako ng full refund.

Always remember po na ireport agad sa proctor kung meron mang unusual na nangyari habang nag-eexam. Very helpful naman yung customer support nila. Medyo matagal nga lang ang process. :smiley:

Hi @Supersaiyan, congratulations for achieving your superior score at PTE. I've been reading here in pinoyau alot recently because i have a super low score in PTE speaking. I saw your tips and PTE tips din ni @batman but i'm still wondering how fast should i be to achieve high fluency and how can i know if i am already improving in my pronunciation.

Aside from E2language, i already signed up at PTE plus (chinese) , apeuni (chinese) , ptegurus, ptetutorials (their video tutorials are with heavy indian accent) and i checked sonnyenglish and romanpte youtube videos but i couldnt get the exact speaking advice that i am looking for. I am currently watching ted talks and pausing and repeating the pronunciation of the transcripts but im not sure if im on the right track as i want to retake the pte exam again soon.

Please advise. Thank you.
