@J_Oz if I had the same case as yours, I’ll probably go for 2 options:
Option 1: Just request HR to issue you a COE with your company’s former name (if possible), dependent din kasi doon yung mga iba pang proof of employment mo like previous payslips, ITRs etc, as well as your Assessment results.. Para match lahat
Option 2: I will just submit the COE with the company’s new name, but I would just attached some document that states that the our company was acquired and then renamed (e.g. Press Release statements, Memo re the acquisition from Top Management, etc..)… Para may reference lang yung CO when reviewing your documents..
