Hi everyone, I couldnt help but to sometimes overthink. Anyways, I sent immi an email a week ago as I didn't hear something from the embassy aside from the acknowledgement letter. I was just emailing to know who's my co and I got this reply from them:
Thank you for your email enquiry. Your case officer is xxxxxxxx.
Our records indicate that your application is progressing. All submitted
documents have been considered and there are no outstanding documents
needed from your end at this stage in the assessment.
In order to ensure a fair and equitable outcome for all our clients we
process applications in the order in which they are received. The average
processing time for a Partner (Temporary) visa is currently between 9 and
12 months however this should be treated as a guide only. When applications
are more complex, or where relevant documents are not provided in a timely
manner, applications may take longer to finalise. Information on other
factors affecting processing times is available at
www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/questions-answers.htm
Please wait for advice from your case officer should a decision be
forthcoming. Once the decision has been finalised, it will be communicated
to the authorised recipient immediately.
