Renting a property in Au will require documents/proofs to get 100 points para maka apply to get a house or appartment. And Hindi dahil may 100 points ka na ay Ikaw na ang makakakuha ng rental property,,, dahil palagi madami ang applicants esp sa mga areas na malapit sa hospitals .So basically parang job hunting din, madaming kompitensya. Just keep browsing in Sydney accomodation here at Pinoyau, there are plenty of pinoys here who are leasing bedrooms, due to a very expensive weekly rental. I'm one, but we are located in Kogarah, close to the airport and city. Malayo ang Gosford, mga 3-4 hrs drive from us, but it is a very nice place to live, quiet and close to nature.About shipment from Phil to Au, I think it's more costly than buying new stuffs here. I don't know anyone who did that sorry.
