Good day guys! Ask ko lang about sa visa 573 kung ang dependant ko is eligible to work full time? Sa visa kase namin ni misis na 573 meron syang condition na 8104-work limitation kaso eto nasa website ng immi

8104 Mandatory where visa granted on or after 26 April 2008 You cannot work more than 40 hours per fortnight*

Note: You must not start work until the primary student visa holder has commenced their course.

Exceptions: Family members of the following students can work unlimited hours once the primary student visa holder has commenced their course:

Students studying a masters by coursework degree (subclass 573)

a bachelor or associate degree

a graduate certificate or graduate diploma

a masters degree by coursework

a higher education diploma or advanced diploma.

if post graduate degree such as masters, your dependent is eligible to work unlimited hours. kung hindi naman like your case, same lang ng work rights with you, 40 hrs per fortnight. but during school breaks naman, you can work unlimited hours.
