Singapore Driving License kapag nag renounce na ng Permanent Residency

To those formerly Singapore Permanent Residents who are AU-based na, question naman po regarding sa driving license:

Do I need to return my Singapore Driving License kapag nag renounce na ng Permanent Residency? Or can I still use it to convert to a Victoria Driving License?

Wala kasing expiry date ang SG Driving License and I read sa mga forums na lifetime daw ito. Kaso when I renounce my residency sa SG, considered cancelled/revoked na kaya yung SG Driving License ko at hindi ko na magagamit for conversion? I read kasi sa Vicroads site na kailangan hindi cancelled ang SG Driving License to be eligible for conversion.

@Anino78 Hindi ako PR sa SG, employment pass lang. Pero kumuha ako ng SG license 1 month before kami umalis ng SG. Binigay ko lang yung EP ko sa HR namin nung last day ko. Na-convert ko sa VicRoads yung SG license (nasa akin pa din ngayon).

Di ko lang sure kung pag-renounce ng PR eh i-surrender din yung license (tingin ko hindi).

@Anino78 Sorry sa super-late reply 🙂 I was able to get a VIC Driving license naman after converting from SG License. As of now, hindi pa ako ng re-renounce pero based on a friend's experience, hindi naman hiningi yung SG License niya so na-keep pa rin niya.
