Hi nakapaglodge na kmi before ko ito mabasa. hindi na aabot ang 2 years ang validity ng visa namen and ung subsequent 489 ko ay same din ang validity sakin. since nauna talga ako and inaayos pa namen ung ibang documents na may mali liek un passport ng husband ko mali ang birth place and marriage cert namen may mali din. took 8 months before ko ma lodge un subsequent entry ng mag ama.

one year before din ako pumunta ng Au kasi i was pregnant and opted to deliver in PH kasi wala din kami budget to deliver in Au, plus ung mag aalaga sakin. anway, di talga aabot ng two years sila dito.

san ko po ba pede makita ung new rule na un?

binasa ko ang 887 sa immi before lodging, wala nakasulat, but it doesnt mean na di mag follow sa rules.

im having panic attack now. pano ung application namen kaya.sana naman pede pa din ma approve kasi ever di aabot to wait for two years- our visa expires next year na.

All applicants must be in Australia and hold an eligible visa at the time a subclass 887 visa application is made.

Bridging visa A or Bridging visa B, after having made a valid application for a subclass 489, 495 or 487 visa

I'm sorry if it was asked before, dko po makita yung sagot. Asking about visa 489.

Ask ko lang po about 35hrs/week work requirement?

What if other weeks 50 hours po ako and other week po 20 lang? sometimes sa isang buwan po 200hours ako and other months 100 hours lang? pano po ba basehan nila about sa work requirement?

kung "35 hours per week" ang requirement then kailangan "35 hours per week" ang gagawin. di pwede na bawiin sa ibang week pag may kulang on other weeks.
