@knight I'm not quite sure on this. But yeah,if you're eligible for streamlined visa processing, you dont need the evidence of funds. You are on assessment level 1 eh.

@Cheers25 wala pa ko balita. Havent heard anything from the embassy and hindi ko padin tinawagan yun St. Luke's to follow up. Heheh Sabi nila kasi after 7days pag hindi sila tumawag ibigsabihin nasend na daw yun. Eh ayoko na mangulit, ako nasstress eh.

How about you first choice mo din darwin? I sent a number of emails na to the univ no reply yet, but on their website I read na you can still come a week after the commencement at most buti ka pa Aug 13, so kailan talaga start ng class mo?

Also sabi ng cousin ko it's a trend na that most international students come in late kahit hindi pinoy so medyo positive pa rin ako since where not the only people coming in late. For now pray lang na umabot kasi matagal pa ang start ng next sem Feb 2013 :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

Any idea time frame pag i-refer pa sa HOC sa Australia ang visa application?

Ung mga late na for first day of commencement (tulad ko) or malapit na orientation ano balita?

Update:

Will submit med cert tomorrow, sabi ng Nationwide forward nila kagad sa embassy and from what I heard and saw here sa timeline ng iba sa forum it may take 2 days or 2 weeks to get a visa grant after, given that medical eligibility is ok na, so fingers crossed.

Also need to submit pala letter from university that approved ang late arrival FYI, will work on that trough IDP. The university gave me until friday, July 20, to fly in and get my units and subjects.

So pray lang for the best! All in God's time!

Waiting pako ng result ng advance standingko, non last monday ko palang email sa kanila kasi tagal bago dumating un syllabus ko eh. Di nama ako in a hurry kasi next year pa ko ng feb papasok. Murdoch university ako wait ko lang result non din bayad narin ako ng tuition para may slot nako.Ask ko lang kung pano gumawa ng Stat dec about finacial support,si hubby ko kasi ang magpapaaral sakin baka may sample kayo ng letter pingi naman.Diba un murdoch uni eh kasama sa strealined visa program? then meaning assessment 1 nako diba,pingi naman ng saple letter for stat dec pls........if ever di kasama sa SVP un murdoch uni assessment level 2 ako right? then how much needed to provide for financial capacity?

I'm still skipping my orientation on the 26th though. Ano kaya magandang reason? Hindi pa kasi ako ready! haha

Yeah, the school is included sa streamlined visa processing, pero, hindi naman ako magtutuloy sa partner university niya. Nagtaka din ako kung bakit sobrang bilis lang eh. Kasi July 5, ako nagmedical, then on the 13th granted na.

Submitted my medical certificate to National in Makati, at hindi ako umalis hanggang di na upload hahaha... So fingers crossed!

@Cheers25 Na inform mo a school mo regarding sa late arrival? Hope ma-release na visa natin soon. I have until Friday, how about you?

@Jenny_sg I think there's like only two schools in Australia that is not included in the streamline processing, so as long as you are qualified for it you can lodge the visa under it. I believe if bachelor or masters ang kunin streamlined na. For the statement of declaration for streamlined nagpa-notary lang ako ng declartion stating this " I ______ , declare that I have access to funds from an acceptable source that are sufficient to meet course fees, living costs and travel costs for the full duration of my proposed stay in Australia."... wala na hinigi na financial documents. For assessment level 2 i'm not sure, but most likely it would be on the immigration website. Tagal ka pa pala, wag lang mag relax while waiting tulad ko hahaha... cheers!

@ mackie 21, thank you sa reply at sample letter ha.... oo nga tagal pako para makaipon pa si hubby ng pampaaral sa akin... wala naman kasi kami kamag-anak don kaya kami lang ni hubby ang gagawa ng paraan namin lalo na sa pera. Buti nakaipon sya dito sa sg.Magbabayad narin ako ng tuition as soon as matapos un application ko for advance standing. Salamat uli!
